I am also glad we upgraded our 2023 ad 2024 cruises to elevate on the 10th . It saved us a lot of money because we definitely would have upgraded our classic to the premium package anyway.

I would be so relieved for testing be dropped before our first cruise since 2019. I’ve already planned on bringing Covid home test with me if we happen to be feeling sick I would definitely test myself and self quarantine if positive .

I love my Pringles !! And now that I am gluten free I will also bring my own gluten-free chips for my cheese platters 😁

I am glad I repriced my 2023 Pacific coastal and 2024 South America B2B before they removed the elevate package. We would’ve paid a lot more having to upgrade to the premium beverage package Even with my 10% off elite discount.

No we are actually in a SS but we put a bid on a CS and an RS ! now just a bid on the RS :)

I know right after we put the bid in on Sunday morning I was looking at the deck plans and that was my first thought watch we get the ones underneath the pool grill ! And I’m sure some people are not bothered at all by sound above . We just removed it a little while ago ! Maybe we’ll just get lucky and get the RS we put the same bid of $500 pp for both the CS and RS ! so doubting it!!

Yeah I think we will remove the CS move up offer I don’t want to take a chance and being unhappy about sound from above if we were to get that deck. We will keep our bid in for the RS which we probably won’t get because we did the minimum bid. But who knows!! But we are happy with 6131 with it’s larger deck.

What beautiful pictures !! We have 71 days to our next cruise and am so excited about enjoying the suite life again.And the picture there is a picture of Mudit that I believe is the same we had on the Equinox 2019 that just made my birthday trip extra special!!

Jelayne sorry I guess would help if I told you to ship it is the Summit. I’m not on here very much and I haven’t gone on a cruise in a couple years. Thank you for your input.

We just did a move a bid and just curious if we got the Celebrity suite under the pool grill will we be bothered by noise above. Our very first sky suite was underneath the Oceanview Cafe on the reflection and I’ve never booked a room underneath public space since . I know it doesn’t bother most people but I’m very light sleeper.

We just received a move up offer and remembered at the beginning of this report you got upgraded to the CS with the move up bid ! we just received ours this morning and ended up bidding the same amount that you did after checking on the move up thread of $500 !! Either way will be happy with our SS but would love to cruise in a CS for the first time!! cheers

Thank you ! I have never looked at the thread before . I just put in a bid of $500. The same as Bnurick did ( I just read his review) I started at the end of the thread to get the most recent.I am happy with that bid and if we don’t get it we are happy with SS 6131

We just received our first move up bid offer. The beginning offer is $300 per person for a Celebrity suite what are the general bids that are put in to hopefully get the CS.

I just found your trip report and had to catch up on your trip . I am absolutely loving your pictures of food and your drink recipes . I will definitely get more adventurous on our Summit cruise in Sept .I saw that you mention your butler Mudit and if he is the same butler we had on the Equinox in Oct B2B in 2019 your are lucky !! We enjoyed conversation with him daily and hope to have him again one day !

I am just curious with all of the flight cancellations lately has anyone missed their cruise?? our last cruise in 2019 we almost got stuck in Dallas because a lightning storm came in! We had a 3 hour layover to give us extra time in case our flight was late but then had to watch the storm move in !! After sitting on the tarmac for a half an hour the flight attendant said we are getting out of here!!Yay With all the cancels we are not taking any chances with our Canada cruise in Sept. and we booked 2 nights in Boston before the cruise and have us going from San Diego to Philly !!
