  1. Followed advise and sent an email to Celebrity yesterday regarding luggage valet. I feel It is especially importat to senior passengers or passengers with disabilities or mobility issues. Received a call from Celebrity tonight and spoke with a representative who explained Seattle has it and they are trying to work to get it back in Ft.Lauderdale like they had it before. She stated they had received other correspondence on the luggage valet and take issues seriously. She also stated the more they receive the better it is. Like suggested in the posts above take the time to email them if you enjoy this service and want it back. 😀
  2. Talked to a Celebrity rep yesterday and he said they do have Luggage Valet.....anyone's guess!!
  3. I use Firefox and Live Chat always shows at the bottom of the screen in green.
  4. Could of done that but the price difference from when we booked was over $1500.....not worth it for us.

My problem is I have no trouble at home accessing the app but when I got on the ship (Enchanted) in December, app would not load, 5 techs tried to fix it on the ship but to no avail shaking their heads and saying it's probably your phone. When returning to Ft. Lauderdale tried it and no problem signing in and even funnier was on the Enchanted in November and had no trouble at all with the app!!!!
  7. My experience too until I got on the ship and it brought up the sign in page instead of going into the app. So when I try to enter cabin number and dob the app closes out. None of the internet techs can figure it out
  8. We were on a November 5th cruise and got a check the first week of December
  9. Not trying to access future cruise bookings. Trying to log into the Medallion App. When I try to log in the app closes out
  10. Anyone have this problem.....go to sign in with cabin number but when I go to enter my information app closes out. I am on-board Enchanted now and went to internet Cafe on 2 different occasions and no one could figure the problem so have not been able to use app on board. Deleted and reinstalled twice....nothing. All my other apps work fine and using android. Any help appreciated....thanks.
  11. Wondering if anyone else has this problem...go into app, try to sign in and app closes out. Currently on ship and went to internet Cafe where 3 crew members tried to fix the problem but nothing helped and they just shook their heads. Deleted and reinstalled....same problem! All other apps work fine.....android phone.
  12. Same here, after 43 cruises never had an issue.
  13. We got taken in November.......got to the airport and driver said $40 and then had the nerve to stand there waiting for a tip which he never got!!!!
  14. Just the $25 fee. There is a spot on the form that addresses checked bags status.
  15. It may of been on the reverse side but it was on our form. Good luck!
  16. Our form had Miami with flights leaving after noon.

  19. Besides medallion and passports what else is necessary to get checked in.....thanks!
