  1. Were told by an insurance company deposit is determined by the date you actually book the cruise not the FCC. Could be wrong but that's what was told to us.🤔

  3. We plugged our water pik in the bathroom with no problems.
  4. Spoke to rep a few weeks ago about Luggage Valet and she encouraged people to call or email their comments on wanting this service. She also said many have done this and as far as she knows they are trying to get it back.

  6. You do not have to have your flights with EZ Air. We always book our flights independently and use EZ Check everytime.
  7. He's been getting the Military benefit for years so don't know why. Inquired about it as we had a casino rate to use and was told it could not be combined with the casino rate. Very confusing as to all the different ways this can be applied and how many ways it can't.
  8. The website shows it correctly, it is the app. Like Steelers36 suggested, I will wait a few days to see if it corrects itselp on the app.

I booked a cruise for 12/16/23 on the Sky Princess which showed up in my app. 2 days ago I cancelled that cruise and rebooked with a new booking# for a better fare and perks. On the app the first booking is showing even though that one was cancelled. I tried logging into the app with the new booking number but old one still comes up. Any input or suggestions on how to get new booking to show up......thanks!

  13. Haven't cruised Celebrity in a while and looking for info on the app. Booked for 3/11/24 on the Silhoutte. App says it is open for check in on January 25. When I hit check in nothing happens. Is this because the cruise is so far out or am I missing something. Any help or insight appreciated.
