On our last cruise on the Enchanted, it was only during the Good Spirits hour.

Sailing on 11/5 and received email on 10/18 that medallion shipped.

In Ft Lauderdale you can get wheelchair assist before entering the terminal so wondering if it's the same. Thanks for your reply!

To my knowledge, you can request a cruise card from Passenger Services......but not 100% certain.

Was the limo service able to pick you up right outside the airport or did you have to get a shuttle to another area to get transportation? Have mobility problems so going to another area will be a problem.

For the past 2 days when going into my "saved" cruises or "plan a cruise" when I hit details it goes to the cruise and a screen comes up that is grayed out boxes where the cruises would appears and nothing else happens. If it means anything, I use firefox and just did an update around the time this started. As being challenged on these things, wondering if anyone else is having this problem or could offer some help? Thank you.
