That's fine... address that with government leadership, this covid testing is done at the government's behest. I shouldn't have to pay for tests that I am ordered to take. Are the tests you took ordered by the government, if so you should get reimbursed as well.
Me, I'm submitting mine for reimbursement from my insurance.
You can compare and purchase policies through Insuremytrip.com
Royal also offers, but my experience is I have gotten better coverage for less elsewhere.
Hi! Where on Eagle Beach did you get dropped off at, or where did you rent those umbrellas? I am familiar with Eagle Beach (spent a week at Amsterdam Manor a few years ago), so just trying to decide where to go. Thanks!
You can search for the CLIA number for labs from this site-
https://www.cms.gov/apps/clia/clia_start.asp
I used this when traveling to St John when testing was required and I noticed the CLIA number was needed, so I found the lab and printed it off. Be forewarned, on CVS some of them can be found under Minute Clinic and some under CVS Pharmacy.
ETA: While not a cruise, the agent when we arrived never looked at or asked for it. Just checked that we had test results and our QR code (needed at the time)
I just went to Vegas this weekend out of Charlotte.... flight was delayed 3 hrs. If that happens to your friends, they miss the ship.
I don't understand rushing.... at least fly in night before and stay at a hotel. Not that expensive and way less stressful.
There is an Arctic Crossing cruise on RCCL Serenade of the Seas Sept 2023 departing Copenhagen with ports Norway, Iceland, and Greenland, ending in Boston. Very well priced right now, if you want to check that out.
