Thanks for the review so far.... Also, thanks for the tip about the Muster. The casino? We're on Deck 18, I wonder if that's where our muster station is also. Glad you got a lounger for your balcony. We'll be asking for one also.😀

I'm the OP and the reason I asked about muster for the YC specifically was because we were in the Haven in April and they just brought a group of us to our station, and scanned our cards (within one hour of boarding) and we were done.

My TA has said that MSC is just about the same as the other cruise lines and that they have a special telephone number to call them if there's a problem and there's no waiting. I remember about 10 years or so ago when some travel agents would not book Norwegian because of "too many customer complaints." I heard it really was because their bonuses to TAs was lower.

Now that I think of it, we've also been on a couple of cruises that were the first into the US from Europe. One on Celebrity.....this was so bad we didn't cruise Celebrity again for years. Two were on Princess. Also bad. And one on Costa, which was not a return from Europe, but was a surprise Coast Guard inspection. Now we know better.

I'm checked in for 10/29 and there was a credit card option which I entered, and it took (although I fully expect to have to re-enter it at the kiosk. -

What happens on Ocean Caye after dark? Do you have dinner on the ship? Is there entertainment on the island at night? Is it buggy? Our cruise docks there 7 - 11 PM.

This may be too soon to inquire but.....any way you can find out if the October 29 itinerary is fully booked ???? It's a 8 dayer vs. 7. Just wondering. We'll be in the YC. -
My OBC has always been that way when coming from my TA. It is, of course, non refundable coming from the cruise line. Sometimes with gratuities, specialty restaurants, excursions, etc., there is none left over, but when it is I've gotten it back.

Also, when you go into your on-board account, on at least the above-mentioned lines, the OBC is divided into REFUNDABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE, with Refundable used first.

Because I have received OBC back in cash on the last day on Celebrity, Royal Caribbean and NCL. That's why!

I see my $600 obc is listed as non-refundable on MSC's site. When I booked this cruise my TA said it was refundable. I can manage to spend it, or whatever's left cash it out in the casino, but I now wonder if this obc really came from the travel agent or if it came from MSC. Anyone know? I am done with the Travel Agent anyway, due to non-responsiveness.

This happened to DH on Divina, only the opposite. His lobster tail was raw ! He sent it back three times, till they finally got it right. What was disappointing, however, was that our waiter the next day had an attitude (he was sulking). We didn't blame him, it wasn't his fault. But he seemed to take it personally. -
Has anyone taken the above tour? How was it? It states that transportation will be either a bus (👍) or an open-air truck (I'd feel like Marie Antoinette). Which was it?
