Since the restart. Long before June as some one else reported. Started at least a year ago. Have been on the newer ships with concierge lounge which is superior, but having a specific person to advocate for us has been great! ETA: looking back at cruise history, ad aearly as March 2022 on the Grand

Have had this on the last 5 cruises. 3 on the Grand, one on Ruby, and this one on Crown. Eta. All full suites

They have an officer assigned to you that contacts you. She came to the room on embarkation day and introduced herself. She arranged some specialty dining reservations for me since the app never worked for me. She gave me her extension and told me to call if I needed anything. She was great and said she will check in occasionally or I can call. They had the same arrangement on the Grand a fee months ago. There is no lounge .

No one seems to really know. The “concierge” is supposed to check in with me later this week. I will ask her if she knows one way or the other.

I will try ordering from tv again later to see what happens today. Yesterday I did get a pizza delivered that I ordered from tv. I will try to ask someone that is in the know.

My room steward just explained that they are “testing” some of the changes that are scheduled for next week. He said the tv will have videos posted about how to use the app to order stuff. Sounds like it’s possible my tv ordering abilities may change!

I am also on the crown now. I agree bed is great, Sabatini’s great. I am able to access menus on my tv’s. The ship is in great condition and the crew is fantastic as always.

May I ask how/where you determined this? The benefit of a suite page/link still identifies everything we are used to, and even have an asterisk that identifies Window suites (a category of suites without balcony).

I have 9 bookings in S7 category well into 2025. They all still show as a Suite category. Not worried.

As always, will be curious to see how many who post here about cancelling or never booking with Princess again actually disappear. People have always threatened to move to other lines (for as little as barrel chair removal, or elimination of loyalty credit, etc). Odd that I keep reading posts from them on Princess boards, or sitting next to them onboard (mostly at MTP luncheons!). If you really object, find an alternative!

We are always amused by how many people we meet at Coroner's drinking Martini's who claim they don't drink!

Just had a great lunch in the crown grill. DORO Rui told us they added lunch because they had so many dinner covers. Same menu,same pricing, but we got it free since there was no MTP lunch offered. It was fabulous!! Sabatini’s will host a lunch in a couple of days also.

We are also onboard. Saw both @cruiseraider and @havedogwilltravel onboard! Fabulous crew and experience!

We both applied for renewal two weeks ago on a Tuesday. We were both approved on the next morning (wednesday) and new cards arrived a few days ago. For us it worked great!
