Not really but maybe compared to what I am seeing in other parts of the country........it is 25 here this morning.🙄.....one of these days we need to meet in person............ I am in black knit pants and a fuchsia colored long sleeved Henley styled top.

Hi girls, well, it looks like this cold weather thing is all over the country. Even my area, which is North Florida is getting hit......we are going down into the 20s tonight and tomorrow morning. I think they said the high will be about 38 or 39........guess what I am doing? NOTHING......not leaving the house......... Besides tomorrow is Christmas Eve and even local traffic is terrible😮. I went to the grocery store earlier this week so have what I need. Hope all of you stay safe!!!!!!!

I needed to file a claim this summer and definitely needed to submit paperwork (receipts). I was fully reimbursed for everything I paid out. Oh, I bought travel insurance and my regular insurance also covered part of the charges as well.

Hi Jazz, I have stayed at SS hotels quite a bit and yes, you can talk to the front desk and if your room is not ready, most places will hold your bags and you can do whatever sightseeing you like. And yes, you can skip the transfer to the ship and go to the port on your own. As for disembarking, if you want to go to the airport on your own, you may certainly do that too. If you are scheduled to go on a cruise line transfer? Just go to Guest Relations and tell them to remove you from that list.

Hi, you need to check the flights from wherever you live to both airports and see what comes up cheaper. Depending on how much difference in $ would be your call. There are companies you can use for transport if you decide to stay in Ft. Lauderdale (to get you to the Port of Miami). If you scroll down this forum, you can find lots of information. As for AIR B&B vs a hotel? I have never stayed at an AIR B&B so cannot give you any answers on that one.......lots of hotels in both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale.......again, take some time and look at threads on this forum.

And that is what makes us all different😃which I think is a good thing😀.....I haven't worn a dress a years. They are just not my thing. Some women may be wearing more dresses but there are plenty of us out there who don't.....to be honest, I cannot remember the last time I wore one and I don't even own any dresses. Warm weather, Cooler weather, whatever weather........I am just not a dress person.

Usually I pack the day before I leave. I may start 2 days ahead but nothing really before that time. I have never used a list and never plan to.....I don't need one.
