  1. I sure do hope they serve the premier level of wines and the atmosphere compliments the moment. I loved vines but it really was not laid out that well with people from Intl cafe and just watching atrium activities crowed the venue. Will look forward to change.
  2. Has anyone looked for Vines on Deck Plans for Sun Princess, or is it hidden in one of the area's that are not named yet ??
  3. They have stored for us but not recently although I have not heard of any one with problems.
  4. If the balloons wind up overboard it is difficult for the sea life to digest.
  5. Also been trying to book Princess excursions for 4 days now with no success. Been on hold with Princess twice and after 20 min with no success, gave up this morning and booked with private tours. Dealing with Princess actually is and has become an event that does not support the word vacation.
  6. So many theories and not sure where all this is leading but I know for a fact that I have now sailed twice with one using the premier package and the other using the plus package. The only problem I had was Princess for their own reason did not let me book this way through Travel agent. We originally booked the plus and then when we boarded I upgraded just one to the premier package. From reading Tripmode33 it appears Australia is even ahead of Canada/USA sailings if they are allowed to book this way . Sounds good and maybe Princess should be clearer and more universally the same in there practices where ever they sail.

  8. Just wondering if anyone has had problems either on phones or laptops that are using VPN. There was some problems that appeared to be happening when Medallion first came out.

  10. Like Thrak says take hard copies although I have even had problems at the front desk when I show them hard copies. They always want to check with H.O.
  11. I must say that Chat gets me beyond all the different accents that those who answer the phones. Not with all calls but I have had my share of problems trying to decipher accents.

  13. There has several previous posts of Princess being very slow to refund money owing. They seem to think they can use your money to fund their expenses.
  14. You have to wonder how many people do not check their bills and just pay what shows up. It happens to us on every cruise. One thing that never has happened so far as I know where Princess do not charge you for drinks or meals that you actually had. This makes you wonder when these are all one sided.
  15. This should be directed to Princess . You will get a positive answer from them.
  16. Actually these are not claims we are talking about. These are refundable credits which Princess owes their clients. You may want to make excuses for Princess but they take your money in seconds with no problems what so ever.
  17. "pesterers" ? somehow I think it is taking advantage of using peoples money for as long as possible so they dont have to pay interest on their money.
  18. They have been doing this when they have quite a few cabins unsold on their website. They take blocks and offer to cruise re-sellers at discount who in turn sell at their prices. Leftovers cabins if any, may come back closer to sailing. Its their way of not having to show final discounted prices and upsetting those who paid more.
  19. So far those that I have checked out with Currently Unavailable have been sold out or filled to the initial capacity Princess is using. It is possible they may come back with a few more they want to sell.

  22. I am not sure about majority of cruises but Green Line was ridiculous on my latest cruise to Alaska. Almost an hour in Green Line while Yellow line which of course was smaller and a friend was in moved through in 12 min. so in future I intend on trying Yellow line if it is smaller.
  23. any chance initials are A G I have the same problem with my Princess Vacation Planner .. today was the last time I waste 1 1/2 hours on hold trying to book another trip. Time to seek an outside travel agent that actually answers your calls and takes care of your trips and may also offer some obc . Princess has a serious problem with "some of their agents" and I am surprised they are not paying attention to their staff who are not returning calls or answering calls . Really costs the company in the long run when they dont pay attention to their employees. Enough for today.
  24. Surprised you did not get an email from Princess showing dollars charged to your card. I usually get this and photo copy for proof.
