  1. Yes, I can actually see one on Freedom that would suit us very nicely. I have a next cruise deposit and am now totally divided over whether to commit to the Freedom sailing immediately or wait to see what the Symphony and 10/11-night offerings will be. Decisions, decisions...
  2. Oh, for sure. Ours is a DVD/VHR combo which is partially why we still have it, as well as occasionally re-watching now very grainy family holiday tapes from way back.
  3. Totally. 🙄 My crystal ball sees a Celebrity cruise in my not too distant future, especially now they've removed the all-inclusive requirements.
  4. Me too. But looking at this latest release the longer ones are likely to be same old too. I would love to see a Radiance class do the 10/11 night itineraries out of Miami or Fort Lauderdale like the one we did on Serenade back in December 2017.
  5. No, but only because it's too big to fit in my carry on. Wouldn't want to risk putting it in my checked luggage. 😂 Seriously, though, I do still have one AND it still works. They made things to last back in the day.
  6. You can also DM them on the book of face. They responded quickly to me both times I contacted them that way and my issues were resolved within a couple of hours.
  7. I really enjoyed the video you posted @Jimbo. Thanks very much.
  8. The flyer says: Week of December 12, 2022 Year-round/Summer Caribbean Fall 2024 — Winter 2025
  9. Haha, me too. I have the page open and keep refreshing it. 😆 That's one good thing about the new layout: you can see the total number of cruises loaded at the top of the page so you know immediately when something's been added.
  10. Yup, that's all I'm seeing too at the moment. The rest is supposed to post this week sometime.
  11. I think just through to end of April 2025. As far as I can see, they haven't posted yet.
  12. Care to share why? I'm hoping to cross the PC off my bucket list in the next couple of years but was generally under the impression that to "do" the canal you really need to go all the way through. I'd be very interested to hear a different perspective.
  13. I always use the wake-up call option on the phone in the cabin. It works just fine and (in theory) you avoid the issue of ship time/port time and your cell phone switching to a different time zone.
  14. Thanks for sharing. It was great to see how you turned a covid lemon into a huge pitcher of lemonade. 😊
  15. I did not call or email either and they just showed up, which makes me think they must simply be plowing their way through them.
  16. Mine from the 19th just showed up in my account this morning, in two separate amounts, one for each item purchased, despite them being purchased under the same order and paid for with the same card.
  17. Got it. So being as close to the front of the line as possible is going to be key to mitigate any issues, right?
  18. Isn't it the case, though, that disembarkation from trans-Atlantic cruises can be badly delayed? I have no personal experience but have read about frequent issues because of immigration (?) on these cruises. Deferring to those of you who have more experience but just throwing it out there in case it would make a difference.
  19. It depends on the type of obc whether you can see it before boarding or not but if it's the type you can see you'll see a banner across the top of your cruise planner saying you have however much available for pre-cruise purchases.
  20. The one I just posted is Adventure, so you can't compare them. Here's the Vision sailing on the US site:
  21. Right, yes. Also Adventure, 8 nts Southern Caribbean out of PC, both loaded for April 2025. I didn’t think to check that far ahead.
  22. Test loads are up ahead of next week's release. Liberty and Symphony out of NJ. Enchantment from Tampa And Wonder from Port Canaveral
  23. I guess it's something you have to experience in real life then. Watching Benny's video made me shudder because it reminds me of the rides at the parks, which are great in the parks but I can't imagine being a fan at dinner on a cruise. However, I guess I would be willing to go into it with an open mind if I were ever to cruise Disney, since I did enjoy the parks when we went (about a million years ago).
