I was told by the Head Chef on the Anthem that every item on a menu can be made Gluten Free. On my last cruise that was exactly what I requested.I was given the menus at dinner for the following day to order.

I take pictures of everyone I meet on a cruise with a camera,not a phone.After get the pictures developed I write the names of the people on the back of the pictures.I do the same for non cruise vacations.

Grand Canyon in my opinion is one of the most spectacular places on the planet.We toured it as well as Lake Mead and Hoover Dam twice .

I was in the dining room twice.The first time was many years ago when I was at a dinner to receive a Humanitarian Award.The second time was in 2018 when I took a tour of the UN with a Senior Tour Group and lunch was included with the cost of the tour.

I ate a burger at the very first on land JR and it tasted so bad that I never went back. I only eat char broiled burgers with absolutely no pink. -
I have been to the UN dining room a few times.Why do you feel that it is an unusual place ?

When I was in college I had a part time job in the Empire State Building.However,even though I lived in NYC I had never been to the building previously.When I organized a school reunion in 2007 ,much to my surprise none of those attending had ever been to the ESB.We decided to take a tour.

I have a Netflix series to recommend : Beef -10 episodes.Great acting ,great writing.It’s a drama with a touch of comedy.
