  1. Nope not how my casino offers look. I was looking at cruises last night without signing in and everything was priced at zero.
  2. Probably updating. Some recent port changes probably won’t be down long.
  3. Cruised to Alaska last August, 10 day RT coastal from Vancouver, and 30 days to Hawaii in December all with no issues.
  4. I print off the itinerary and just write in the time and location, MDR specialty restaurants etc and it goes up on the wall with a magnet. Easy to do and because its always visible easy to read and remember.
  5. Just slide the coin holder in and turn on the machine, that’s what I do to find out if it’s still free.
  6. Is there a pending charge on your credit card? Calls to Princess are recorded so when you get through to someone insist that someone listen to the recording of the booking could be the agent booked it in error, but that should not happen. Twitter seems to get a quick response for those with issues I don’t have an account so can’t add anything further sorry. Hope you get it worked out.
  7. Call as soon as they open. Keep in mind call backs can take several hours, they are very busy right now. I just put my phone on speaker and go on with my day.
  8. We cross the border and fly out of a regional airport in Washington State. Southwest started flying out of there IIRC in 2021 and we have flown Bellingham to Long Beach a few times, our other option was Alaska to LAX and both require a change of planes. We Uber and never have an issue getting picked up quickly, we usually stay at Crowne Plaza but next trip are trying out the Westin. We have to Uber to San Pedro anyway but thought it might be nice to try out someplace different since our arrival is around 11 AM. FYI it did take me a few minutes to figure out where to pick up our luggage as it is outside which I am not used to but no issues.
  9. On January 13th I submitted bids on 2 different cruises in April and received email confirmations that they received them and both show as Pending. One of my bookings shows that it is paid in full but the other does not, both are through the casino. I believe it does say on the website that not all cruises are eligible for bidding, could that be the issue in your case? Or maybe it just needs a day or so to update.
  10. We had no problem using the free tests with Lifecenters in fact the pharmacies ran out of the first ones and we used the Artron ones after that. Thankful though for our upcoming cruises no testing!
  11. We are in Canada and found the link for Lifecenters.ca here on this site. Used our own tests and for the 2 of us the cost was $25 Canadian. Easy and results in 15 minutes, would use them again if it becomes necessary.
  12. You said the offer has to be used by the end of August, so you have that information already. No different than airline seat sales you either agree to the terms and conditions or wait for another offer.
  13. Book by/sail by casino offers are very clear and you can’t just arbitrarily pick a date that works for you. Check their emails regularly I have multiple offers that I can use to book cruises into 2024.
  14. 40 degrees and pouring rain at the moment. Day before yesterday we had a weird forecast that said possible snow but only a 20 minute window.
  15. 54 days for our cruise in December. Nobody asks to see it but I like to know we are one step closer to our trip.
  16. I use Uber all the time just download the app ahead of time. How are you getting to the ship from LAX, might be an idea to take an Uber so you are familiar with it.
  17. We prefer to go when we are ready so grab an Uber. Always been under $10 from CP so a little more reasonable than the shuttle but a much nicer experience.
  18. I have requested a mattress topper more than once through my cabin steward and it was added the same afternoon.
  19. So fleetwide how many steaks do you think are served in the Crown Grill nightly? And the percentage of those jumping on the bash Princess bandwagon? Very low I'm guessing. I may just have a Princess cheer leader t-shirt made up for our next cruise. 😁
  20. I have been on 5 different ships and cruised 96 days since December 2021 ranging from 5 days to 30 most recently. Have there been changes during that time? Definitely but I enjoyed each and every day I cruised. Did a modified Chefs table through the Casino Department in August and learned a little about how they order provisions and how they deal with the same supply chain issues we experience. They are restricted to certain vendors and we were advised orders are placed 6 months in advance. So IMO they are doing the absolute best they can under the present circumstances. I also appreciate I can easily make substitutions or alter the size of my entrees in the MDR honestly a half order of fettucine is more than enough for a main for me. After the first night on two ships I requested a mattress topper and it was done asap and I was happy to tip both stewards for their extra effort and slept better than at home. We have a B2B in April booked and literally cannot wait to be back on board. Oh yeah we did experience one disappointment on our 30 day cruise, I could not reach the casino department to extend our time on the Crown by another 10 days or book the Discovery leaving the day after we disembarked. But my fault I left it too late.
  21. From some of the Facebook groups I am on you are not the only one. I am not on Twitter but there are reports that they are very responsive and their issues were resolved quite quickly. After 6 weeks of fighting to have the correct FP applied to my booking (shorted $1500) I emailed Customer Resolutions and received a call that afternoon and it was fixed almost immediately. Have you tried CSteinke@princesscruises.com Putting urgent and the date of your cruise in the subject line? Also I would ask them to confirm that all your bookings are paid in full.
  22. Send an email to sbpcl@princesscruises.com. No form necessary, include your name, Captain's Circle number, Booking #, date of cruise, name of ship and length. Attach a recent copy of your share certificate, I black out everything except date, my name and number of shares. Its a great perk and usually applied within a day or two. To see if it has been applied go into the Booked Guests option select your booking, on the right hand side you will see Payments click then select Onboard Reservations Balance. They will not send you an email to let you know it has been applied. HTH's
  23. Used it last year in FLL and Seattle’s port valet also last year. So nice not to have to deal with my luggage until I get to my home airport.
  24. If you google Princess premium desserts lots of photos available they look somewhat similar to specialty desserts I have had in Vegas. They are offering a new juice bar not sure though where that is located. And drinks are still able to be ordered on Princess Cay and to your cabin or wherever you happen to be.
