  1. Anyone having trouble with Flightease today? Today I get an Error 400. I've tried different devices, browsers, incognito tab and all get the same error when going into flights.
  2. Have tried several times today and get errors every time. ERROR 500 SORRY, WE RAN INTO AN ISSUE WITH OUR SYSTEM. We will have things fixed as soon as possible, please check back later. GO BACK
  3. Hubby caught it on our Transatlantic in April. We were in an Inside cabin, so we asked if there were any verandah cabins available.. There were some they were reserving for covid isolation pax so we got one. I tested negative and was able to roam freely. Service was spotty by room service, as the waits were sometimes long. Only certain people could deliver to the covid area it seems.
  4. I check my prices at least 3 times a day. No change without confirming several items, so very hard to change without intending to.
  5. We were moved to cabin 4144 just a few doors down on our Transatlantic in April when my husband was isolated with COVID. They save a few cabins in the area for the COVID people from inside cabins who are happy to just get outside and get fresh air. I would not pay for that type of verandah as the view was overwhelmed by the tender. For isolation it was fine.
  6. The art on the Nieuw Statendam was stunning. We picked up a brochure at Guest Services to use as a guide for a tour.
  7. It definitely pays to follow up on this to get the ball rolling. We had our FCC about 10 days after cruise.
  8. We've done 4 Transatlantics and are booked for next April on NS. As someone else mentioned, this year the captain detoured to a more northern route to avoid rough seas. Another time, there were rough seas and we had to miss the first port after crossing (Ponta Delgada). Most of the time, the Atlantic is smooth as glass. You get worse in the Western Caribbean. Just bring Seabands.
  9. I can look and price all day long. It is when I select the fight, check all the names and check boxes and say Accept and Book. Here it spins and returns the Error.
  10. Still getting errors when booking flight for return from the TA. So noone else has had this problem? I called again today and now they tell me to wait until 150 days to try to book. Others on my RollCall have booked for the return flight in April, 2024. The canned answer they give is to wait 48 hours before calling in again. Anyone had luck in escalating?
  11. I'm going to wait until my flight is 300 days out before I call again. Then they will have used up all their excuses. That's next week.
  12. Thank you. Tried everything. Even FE agents can't book for me, so it's not my computer.
  13. They would not clean ours in April. We were however in an "isolation" cabin, not our original cabin. We asked to be moved from our inside to a verandah for hubby's isolation so he'd at least have some daylight and fresh air in isolation.
  14. Yes, they show up by noon on the same day. No peeking ahead.
  15. Thanks. We usually manage to have so much OBC that our final bill is very small, always less than $100. I don't supposed there is any hope for us if they base it on spending. Would love to get a Free Cruise email.
  16. Dinner in the dining room is a daily highlight of my cruise. I can't imagine missing out on dressing up, getting served, and enjoying the food at a leisurely pace. Please make sure you see the maitre d upon boarding and they will get a table for you.
  17. Trying to see who they send these to. Do you typically spend a lot onboard?
  18. Yes on the NS in April. Appetizers passed around but no free drinks. Fun party though.
  19. How quickly I forgot. Things have changed immensely since your cruise. There is no more retesting and as long as one feels fine when they call at end of isolation, you're free to go as normal. One thing I had forgotten was there was no cabin service other than meal delivery. You had to call for delivery of anything needed in the cabin because only "specially equipped" crew members could come to an "isolation" cabin. No new towels, no cleaning of cabin the whole time.
  20. Hubby tested positive on our Transatlantic on the NS. I also tested and was negative. He isolated for 4 days since their requirement is 6 from symptoms onset. He had symptoms for 2 days prior to going to medical center. I was able to roam freely. They do not test a second time, and release the person by calling them on the last morning of isolation. If they say they feel fine, they are released from then on. We received the FCC about 10 days after the cruise ended. Very quick, but I did call about it, so I was a squeeky wheel. We asked about Paxlovid, but they highly discouraged it for DH as he had no underlying conditions and symptoms were mild flu-like. They said it was $700 or so and supplies were not great, so we opted out. They also said they have to do full blood workup before they prescribe it which was also costly. We had insurance but luckily only got some pain reliever and cough drops lol that were reimbursed after about a month by our Nationwide travel insurance policy.
  21. It's one way return only, and I'm 314 days out.
  22. Yes, hubby is a beer snob and not thrilled with the choices.
  23. Trying to book my return from Amsterdam on 4/23/24. I've been able to look at flight options since 330 days out on Flights Ease, but when I pick flights, answer all the disclaimers and such, then hit Accept and Purchase, I get an error. I've called in to Flightease 3 or 4 times so far and they are not able to book for me either. Today is 316 days prior to flight. FE reps say flights aren't able to be booked yet, but others on my RC for the trip have made bookings for the same return date. The only thing I can guess, is when they had to force my fare on the prior cruise flight that was cancelled by airline due to non-pay by HAL, Flightease always showed me with a balance due, even after final payment had been made on the cruise.
