15 years ago did a helicopter tour to Mendenhall. Used a private company. Did it in the afternoon. Ship's morning tours got cancelled due to fog. It was great.
It wasn't Starlimk. Not sure what crossing you were on but on our May Jewel crossing after we made the left turn to Bermuda, unplanned, internet went downhill for us. Probably didn't realign with a new satellite when we changed course.
Muster is not in person but you must watch the video and appear at your muster station and be checked off. We do it as soon as we board so it's done quickly.
That's what I thought but had to ask. Parents are not being invited to join us. We are in a 2 bdrm gs on Navigator so not worried about what benefits she'll get. Of course when Royal realizes that we underpaid because of their mistake I sort of expect them to try and either demand more money or insist we take a smaller cabin! They've repriced the cabins. We'll see what happens.
We're scheduled to take our granddaughter on a cruise next year. She'll be in a cabin with us. No her parents aren't coming. She's been on 3 other Royal cruises. Does she get any benefits from us? We'll been on Navigator in a suite.
Without even asking had printed menus on the Voyager in January. That was the old menu. Not sure what's doing now. Will continue asking for them. And i asked and received paper daily cruise compass.
We love this class of ships. Years ago did a partial transit on the Brilliance. In October we're on the Radiance from San Diego for a full transit. Can't wait.
We tip for drinks in the CL and at bars, usually a $1 per drink. In the past when we knew we would have the same servers in the CL we would tip a couple of times during the week. We've been with couples who were not Americans and they did not tip at all. The servers were always appreciative and remembered our favorites.
