My friends and I decided to upgrade to AquaClass, since the price difference isn't much for our sailing anymore. (We were in CC) We had reservations every night in the MDR, which I canceled. Will we need reservations for Blue or is it pretty easy to just walk in and get a table?

Does anyone know when chic night is? Day 2 is Key West and 4 Cozumel. I assumed it would be day 3 but the menu on the app isn’t anything special, night 2 looks better. We want to book appointments in the spa that day so we’d like to know what day to make them for.

Does this only have a steam shower, sauna and rain showers? Am I reading it wrong? That doesn't seem like much at all.

Am I imaging that Celebrity had said they were going to release their 2024 Mediterranean Cruises today? I was trying to search their website for summer 2024 today but they weren't there. A search yielded a date of December 8th. Did they change it or is my memory failing me?

And I’d like to have it when we travel somewhere it’s needed. Our cruise is only going to Key West and Cozumel. I don’t know why anyplace requires it now that there are more Caz we people dying from covid than unvaxxed. Besides, the flu is much worse this year than COVID, at least around here. It seems to have turned into a cold. Not when you’re traveling somewhere it’s not needed. Both would be kept in the safe on the ship. My worries would be losing it during pre or post-cruise travel.

I assumed their email they sent me today would also have the most up to date information. I never take my vaccination card anywhere. It’s always in our safe. This is just a 5 night girls trip to Key West and Cozumel. I’m sure I will. I was more worried about someone stealing it while us ladies travel back and forth to Ft Lauderdale. Just going to Key West and Cozumel. I like that. I may order one.

Will magnets work?

I will be on the reflection the week before Christmas with friends. They would like to decorate our doors. What is the Celebrity policy for this?

I just got an email from Celebrity for our cruise later this month. It said vaccines are not required but we should still bring our vaccination cards. Why would I bring it, and risk losing it, if it’s not required? Do they COVID test everyone? Just people that aren’t vaccinated? Do they test at all? This will be my first cruise since COVID. It seems like the rules constantly change so I have no idea what to expect.

Sounds like Zakynthos may be the perfect beach day for us. I will check out Shipwreck beach, thanks. I do look over ship excursions to get ideas, but they haven't opened yet. Good idea to do it one port at a time, instead of country by country. I usually just take some notes by hand, but for this I like your idea of an electronic document. I just looked and found the Rick Steve's Guide book on Amazon. Maybe I will add some of them to my Christmas list and order one to take on my cruise this month. I too like to get ideas from our ships excursions, but the cruise is so far away they haven't opened yet. I appreciate your input. Thanks!

We could easily get there when they open on day 2 or 3. This is great information to have! I will look into all your suggestions. Sounds like this would be a good place to do a ship excursion. We have shore credits available for every port so we might as well use some of them. We are scheduled to dock here. I need to decide if I want my beach day here or in Zakynthos. I'm sure my dear husband won't want to do it both days. However, I love a beautiful beach and with us being in a different port each day, a day of lounging on the beach would be perfect. I would enjoy either. I've never heard of the Durrells in Corfu. Perhaps the Achilleion Palace will reopen before we go. Otherwise, wondering around a charming town would be nice too. Thanks so much for all your suggestions. I just felt overwhelmed since I have never been in this area and haven't heard of many of the places people were mentioning.

We will be cruising to Greece in August 2024. I've never been anywhere in the Mediterranean, nor begun any research, but our ports will be: Athens - Will be here two days before cruise Santorini 6:30 AM-10 PM Mykonos 6:30 AM- 5 PM Zakynthos 9:30 AM- 8:30 PM Corfu 6:30 AM- 5 PM It will be a group couples/friends in our 50's and 60's. We may or may not do all our excursions together, but all of us are fit enough to walk around ports. I love a beautiful beaches, beautiful scenery, shopping, and city tours. My husband enjoys history and city tours/beautiful scenery. We are into nice wine. I am good with ship or private tours, as well as do it yourself, if it's easy to get around. I am a bit overwhelmed and don't know where to start. We also have the following ports: Kotor, Montenegro Dubrovnik Croatia Split Croatia Venice Italy Trieste Italy Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I just need a starting place. And will be staying two days in Venice after the cruise.

Just booked a Mediterranean cruise 610 days out! ☺️ First time booking this far out and only second NCL cruise. Approximately when do they start opening excursions?

The NCL itinerary is ideal so we went ahead and booked. We will check out Celebrity when they open, but I think it will be hard to beat the cost/itinerary with NCL on for this trip. After looking at the itinerary closer, we will spend most of our time ashore so the ship and food aren't nearly as important as the itinerary and cost. We booked and will see what Celebrity has to offer next week when they release theirs.

We thought so too! Venice, Santorini Island, and Kotor are all listed as tender ports. I will look into your suggestion. We have two days in Venice post cruise, so plenty of time. We loved this itinerary as well. We loved the itinerary and the price seemed reasonable. We all loved the itinerary too! I was also thinking the ship wouldn't make much difference either. We will spend most of our time in ports. We thought so too! Good to know! I haven't looked into that yet. It's a bit early since many lines haven't released these itineraries yet.

Enjoy yours as well! Not a foodie, so I’ve never have trouble eating any any cruise, with the exception of Princess. Everyone was so bland, I didn’t really enjoy any meals. As you said, I will probably eat ashore quite a bit.
