Don't know what ship you're going on, but was on the vision last week and was unable to plug a nightlight into the bathroom outlet for the shaver. I kept the nightlight plugged in the room and then I had a battery operated candle about 5 inches high that I kept on in the bathroom and that was perfect, have a great time wherever you are going

After your room attendant got the tips they don't care anymore. On my last cruise at the dining room, they didn't even come back to the table to get extra tips. They figured they had gotten theirs and ignored us.

I also have questions about this. We are going to be on an upcoming cruise and it has excursions with start times even before the ship is supposed to even dock. I can't understand that. Not taking excursions that day, but want to get off the ship and visit friends and don't know when the ship actually let you off.

There are four of us and we are still going. The reason we picked Baltimore it was because we could drive and two the group have never been on a cruise . We had a cruise scheduled to Bermuda for September 23 and they canceled that because of the hurricane so we scheduled this one to make up for it. It will take us eight hours now to drive instead of five but we are going. I was disappointed, mostly because I wanted to swim with the pigs in Nassau, I don't know why they skip Nassau and go to grand Bahama. Going out of New Jersey would have been closer for us but at least it wasn't canceled again. If that happened, we were not going to reschedule a cruise. This is for the April 12 cruise . We are driving down and staying overnight on Thursday.

Also, waiting to hear on the April 12 cruise with the people leaving on April 4. They should be finding out now so that they can change their travel plans.

We have the cruise booked for April 12. We booked that one because the one that we had scheduled for September 23 was canceled because of the hurricane. I don't know whether this means it's an omen that we're not supposed to go on a cruise. We specifically picked Baltimore because we could drive there and we got a really good deal when they canceled the cruise in September just have to wait and see would hate to have to drive to New Jersey. It would be almost 8 hours and then have to go in the day before and get a hotel.

I'm enjoying your posts. I remember reading it when you were on the vision of the seas earlier this year and we are going on this for the first time April 12. I'm glad your husband is better. I remember reading your post on the other cruise when he got hurt. Have a great time and I was surprised to hear that this was your daughter's first cruise when you said you have been on 40 of them.

I enjoyed your review. I have not been on this ship. Did you have any problems using the Avis rental place in Port Canaveral we are going to be stopping there on a cruise in April and this was the only rental car that still had cars available near the port. Just wondered if they were good on picking you up and dropping you off, we plan to drive to visit friends while the ship is docked for the day . Thank you.

I have so much enjoyed following along and looking at your pictures and the other pictures that were posted from the trip the week before you. I won't be going there but I sure enjoyed it through your eyes. .

Thank you so much for posting about your trip. There will be a girls trip for us in APRIL on Vision and two people have never cruised before it will be close for us to drive between four and five hours on traffic. Just wondered if the swimming pool is heated . And happy new year.
