  1. A lot will change at first, and lot will certainly wear off in time. People will eventually & inevitably become complacent. Hopefully humans will at least set a new standard for themselves & actually teach themselves how to 'routinely' wash their hands more often; actually wash their hands after going to the bathroom; actually wash their hands for more than 3 seconds; and learn how to stop touching their face. Hopefully the largest change will be human hygiene...

That’s interesting because the room I usually book is next to an accessible cabin and only once have the occupants appeared to require such a cabin.

Usually it’s young, healthy looking couples or families. I’ve always wondered if they booked a room they shouldn’t have or if they just got it as a guarantee.

Yeah, my husband gets that a lot. 'You look good'.. He appears well, however suffering from multiple sclerosis he requires a shower bench & a raised toilet seat. Both items are provided in a handicapped stateroom onboard a cruise ship. People have no idea what others are dealing with. They only see what they want to see. If someone isn't in a wheelchair, using a cane, walking with a limp, they look good & don't appear sick, ALL IS FINE WITH THEM?? It's disheartening when I read ignorance.

Can I bring on board a bottle of isopropyl alcohol in a pint plastic bottle to use to wipe down surfaces , and my hands?

Yes, you can bring isopropyl alcohol. No need to over think this or over anyalize. No need to bring along an entire bottle of isopropyl alcohol or original packaging; its not required. We use/transfer alcohol to a small 2 or 3 oz. (travel size) plastic bottle or spray bottle. Simply pack in your checked luggage with your toiletries. We do the same with Peroxide...

    Hi Saint Greg ☺️

Are you able to get to Deck B?

If so, be certain to get a photo of stateroom (B-340). The most haunted suite & deck on the Queen Mary.

I believe the cost to stay in The Haunted Suite B-340 is over $500 per night.

There are cabins on B deck. I was in B480 last Sept. I took a picture, of what I think was B340, because of the numbering of cabins, but there was no number on it. It’s just a picture of the door.

I will wait to see if SG gets a picture, and see if it’s the same one.

    Cabin B-340 is unmarked......

We stayed in 7275 - just a standard balcony. We were close to the atrium elevators and we could hear the noise when there was something was going on.  That didn't bother us at all but beware of that location.

We stayed in stateroom 7278 during a 14-night B2B sailing.

Never heard anything at all from the elevators or atrium noise, music, etc.

    A very quiet location.

They can nod and wink, but Guy's burgers are cooked through as required by most health departments. even Red Robin does not cook pink burgers.

The almighty, great & powerful @coevan has spoken!! No Carnival passenger will ever receive a medium rare Guy's burger....

    Basketball shorts aren’t allowed

and this is why shorts are allowed and basketball shorts aren’t.

One just looks a little more appropriate for a sit-down dinner.

Taking the whole family on Pride in May. My 2 young grandsons drink a lot of milk. Can my daughter and SIL take 2 12 packs of Horizon boxed milk instead of soda? I know they have milk on the ship but more than once I’ve poured spoiled milk on my morning oatmeal.

Is there any way to get a burger cooked "medium, or pink in the middle", right off the grill?  Or are they all pre cooked and setting in a hot pan?  What I have read in reviews and in comments you can, BUT you can't...

Ha, ha, ha, ha!  WOW, I never even considered that this topic would get the reactions and comment this topic has gotten!

    THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!

I WILL request two (2) "MEDIUM" cooked burgers fresh off the grill.

    RADIANCE CRUISE THIS THANKSGIVING!

Wow is right!! People are telling you how they enjoy their burgers; how to cook a burger, if they are too greasy or not, what toppings to add, etc etc etc..... I'm suprised no one suggested alternate areas of the ship where you should consume that burger, hehehe! What was the original question again, LOL!😂 Yes you can certainly tell/suggest/request for your burger to be cooked the way you wish. Medium, medium rare, well done, rare dripping with blood, just ask.

I'm considering cancelling my current carnival booking and maybe doing a journeys cruise instead.i have a basic Freeport/ Nassau cruise out of Charleston in 2021.

I'm more concerned about the (onboard experience).since there will be more sea days.basically I'm looking to make my last carnival Cruise a good one.otherwise I'll make due with a shorter ride to port and 5 days onboard.since it's already paid for.thanks for reading.

You can't even begin to compare the experience of a 5-night sailing to Freeport or Nassau to a 9, 12 or 14-night Journeys voyage. It's like night & day. Longer sailing, less children, less rowdy, far more festive, and a much (different clientele) that you would find on a 5-night cruise.

    We definitely want beach

Use Google or a search engine of your choice & simply begin researching your ports of call. For Aruba, in regards to beaches, I'd recommend Palm Beach or Eagle beach.

No ship or private excursion necessary, do your homework/research, hop in a taxi, and you're off to the beach.

Hey Everyone, I have cruised many times with carnival but never needed a fridge so I cant remember if the rooms have them. We just found out my husband is diabetic and has to have insulin daily. The insulin has to be put in the fridge for storage. Anyone have any ideas? We are staying in an interior room. It will also be our first time flyer with meds so that will be different

Be certain to consult the insulin paperwork, your husband's doctor and/or his pharmacist; insulin can be stored at room temperature for 28 days. Away from sunlight & heat sources of course.
