I booked cruise on the Encore to AK. I never see anything on CC about it . Anyone been on it lately and have daily schedules?

I called today about noon and answered in 2 minutes.

Just off the 6/4 Bliss cruise. We rode the transporter tram to Icy Straight Point main area, looked around then rode it back to Gondola area. We had an all-day pass on Gondola, could go up mountain any time, as many times as we wanted. Was a fun ride, but really high and pretty straight up, got to top, took pictures, look pretty much same as the prior ones posted. We were going to walk to the zipline part, to watch people go on it. There was a man with a rifle standing by the group of zipliners. My DH asked why he had a rifle. They were on high bear alert as a woman was mauled by a bear the day before. Her face and arm. They didn't want anyone walking on the woods without a guide. We decided not to walk over there and rode gondola back down.

Just off Bliss 6/4 sailing. Haven Concierge said 3000 passengers. Not sure how many crew I know some crew were sick. We were on board during safety drill for crew on a port day Announcement said all crew report to safety stations EXCEPT those confined to cabins. Also, our room steward disappeared, asked Judy head of housekeeping where he was, she said he had tonsillitis, and we all know covid starts with a sore throat for most people.

Wonder if it's passed thru the air conditioning. So many people on lots of ships getting it and those that were super careful to.

We are leaving on a cruise in 2 weeks. Wea are planning on wearing masks on the cruise and eating at the outside restaurants. Even though will be an Alaskan cruise. Jusr wondering, Did you wear masks?

We are staying at the Marriot Waterfront in a few weeks. What is the restaurant in the hotel? Does it serve full meals? Website only mentions Hook and Plow which only serves breakfast. A few snacks in the bar. DH can't eat fish, so can't eat at all those restaurants TIA

I check in on Saturday. Does the photo I take/download have to match my passport photo? They made me take my glasses off for passport photo. i wear them unless i am sleeping. ( sometimes even then 🤣) If it has to match will I have to take my glasses off every time I get back on ship? TIA

So glad you are back! Love your reviews, and pictures and videos. I was born and grew up in Seattle. Been all over the state. Your pictures bring back memories. our family moved to another state in 1970. Go back every year to go on Alaskan cruises though and take my DH on tours of Mt. Rainer etc. Love NOLA too. Have cruised out of there many times. Hopefully will be able to get back to cruising this year. have 2 booked, fingers crossed. have a wonderful time.

I am an older person, not cell phone savvy. Just the basics. 😁 When you leave the test to sit for 15 minutes how does the iPhone stay on? Mine goes to sleep /screen goes dark after a few minutes of inactivity. Thank you for your assistance.
