We are booked on 2 cruises, Bliss Haven and Encore Balcony, we are both Sapphire. I looked at MYNCL and can't book any entertainment.

Yes, we do, every time we leave our cabin, also try to eat outside. Love NCL has a lot of Specialty restaurant seating outdoors, on the ship we cruise on. People have asked why we wear them, I just say "people our age, (in our 70s) need to be a little more careful."

My DH, he always wears cargo pants, or cargo shorts.

I called CAS and they told me I had a free balcony cabin. I booked it. A few days later, decided I wanted to upgrade to Haven. I called CAS and they quoted me the price I see on the NCL website for Havem Courtyard penthouse, with port fees etc. I was expecting a price minus what the balcony cabin cost would have been. Anyone have experience with upgrading a free CAS cabin? Thanks for your assistance.

Liked your review. We Americans need to remember Thanksgiving is an American holiday, with the turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, pumpkin and apple pie etc.

I called Friday and had a great experience also. I needed to change the date of our cruise from Feb to April. Customer service said will have a penalty because cruise is under so many days away. I agreed, since we cannot go in Feb. Turns out the new date of cruise we get 3 points per day, also got $531 refund!!

HMMM. Just booked Bliss Mexican Riviera for 4/2/23 - 4/9/23. Hopefully it's the next week that the kids are off. Didn't even think about Easter because it's the next week.

Have read prior reviews on Joy, seems like a lot of people weren't too impressed. We are booked for Feb in Haven to Mexican Riviera, am wondering if anyone has been on the ship recently and thoughts about it. TIA

We are going on same cruise Feb 5. Also wondering about transportation from Long Beach airport to Port. Also is the cruise terminal at San pedro? since we can't check in util 21 days before cruise I can't see the port information on documents. Has anyone been to Ensenada? Any stores right off the ship? Or short walk from the ship? TIA

We liked seeing the salad guy. we were seated by him a few meals in buffet, Breakfast, lunch and dinner he only ate salad about a foot high on his plate. His daughter was with him, about 10 or so, she had plates full of stuff. One breakfast she had a plate of bacon, and plate of pancakes. She was having nothing to do with salad, Haha

Sure, didn't pamper me. I called and was curtly told to leave a note for my butler for my requests. To please empty frig of pay items, 2 of each type of pillow Bowl of M&Ms. Bowl of bar mix 3 cans of root beer (we would pay for) 3 cans of Ginger Ale A couple of other small items

We boarded and disembarked Breakaway at Juia terminal quite a few years ago and was a mess. We booked a cruise in January 2023 in a Haven cabin. Have things changed in the terminal? Is there separate security scan for Haven passengers and a room to wait in to board? Thank you for any info, pictures etc.
