  1. but it's still allowed on the Getaway. It was the Joy that smoking at Spice was removed
  2. and don't be like this dummy and forget to set you clock back one hour thereby showing up one hour late for the behind the scenes tour 🤣
  3. if you're into Scotch, the Macallan flight is $45. It's three shots of Macallan (Lumina, Terra, and Enigma)
  4. I'm not 100% sure about this situation because the discounts are with two different people. If you were the veteran and had the CAS discount, they would definitely stack
  5. make sure you keep this. It's now a collector's item 🙂
  6. LOL. It would have actually been easier for you to just move on to the next post. sorry I actually came here for any help. Have a good day
  7. Hello. anyone know if sister ships are pretty much identical, as far as room locations? My last cruise was on the getaway, and I stayed in room 5155. the location of that room was great. I'm planning my next cruise on the breakaway and I see that room 5155 is available. I was wondering if I could expect the room to be in the same location as it is on the getaway. thanks
  8. Good to hear from a fellow NCL transplant, as the set dining is my biggest concern as I plan my first MSC cruise. Not so much that I'm willing to pay for the experience with anytime dining though. I've prepared myself to eat all my meals in the buffet if I'm not too thrilled with the set dining
  9. I probably can't party with the kids anymore 😞, but I'm not afraid of it either 😭. I was specifically looking for a short cruise for Thanksgiving, and carnival fit. So it's a good way to give them a test run. I was also looking to do a longer one out of Baltimore, which is local to me, but I'll have to see how things go after the bridge collapse
  10. And here is one of the drivers getting me to venture out..... NCL has gotten rid of the free drinks in the casino. Carnival MSC does. My next two cruises are on MSC and carnival
  11. Ha ha. I don't get the reference but a 3 am burger is my go-to, after NCL destroyed the wings
  12. Ok. I guess I'm the slow one today. Now I don't see what that response has to do with your response to my response.
  13. Ok, but that point had nothing to do with my response, which is what you quoted.
  14. There is a risk with being at the MCO airport at 9:46????? Please, do tell
  15. Exactly what does this comment have to do with my comment???? If you're there at 9:46, I don't think you have any of these things to worry about....
  16. Great comments. I'm looking to do the reverse. I've been in 9 NCL sailings, and I'm looking to try out carnival for the first time in November. It will only be for 4 days to give them a test run. Not too thrilled by the daily drink limit, but guess I can make do 😉
  17. Good to hear. I just submitted a status match and they sent me an email to resubmit the documentation. I did and haven't heard back. That was about three weeks ago. I will take your advice and persevere
  18. Contrary to what others are saying, you have a great landing time, if you decide to come in the morning of the cruise. I have no idea why the comments about you cutting it close. You'll get to the port after they start boarding so check in will be a breeze. Just pick 11 for the check in time. It doesn't really matter.
  19. yes, there is. contact the call center and they can get your the form/procedure. make sure he wouldn't be interested in the non-alcoholic drinks, though
  20. just to be clear, this no such thing as a children's drink package on NCL, which is why you can't find anything with your searches. The offer the soda package, which is what you child (as well as adults) could get. you can search on that for results
  21. are you sure? When was this. I've never seen them offer a double up for CF. That would be $1000 in credits, which would be awesome
  22. It was so sad waking up this morning and seeing this on the news. I've never cruised out of Baltimore even though I'm local. So I had no idea it had an actual impact on cruising. Interesting enough, I'm looking to do my first Carnival cruise and was looking at one from Baltimore in November. I'll be interested to see how this effects things, cruisewise
  23. just for the haven. they do have $500 cruisefirst from time to time
