  1. Premier Plan includes 2 specialty dinners per cruise. Might be ok on a 7 day cruise but the value plummets when you take 14 to 21 day cruises like we do
  2. So full suites and club class mini suites can’t dine together ? Bummer we cruise in full suites and have friends who book club class mini suites so we can all dine together Another reason for me to opt for other ships
  3. Got to be a scan. I would expect anything like this to come from my CVP. What name showed on your phone when the call came in ?
  4. Bulliet, Makers Mark and Buffalo Trace have always been covered under the Plus Package
  5. I have only hit 15 a few times but between lunch, afternoon stop at Vines, pre dinner cocktails, wine with dinner and late night time in the casino I would say 10-12 would not be unusual
  6. If they determine that you are sober enough to have drinks after number 15 then you will be charged at going price + 18%
  7. They were in dry dock here in Portland late last year and I believe that was something being worked on
  8. That is why it is called on board credit. You can use it to prepay for excursions however
  9. Again not something I worry about
  10. I have had Woodford and Buffalo Trace but it just depends on what they can get
  11. Having worked in hospitality before yes management checks bottles used versus drinks ordered and if it is out of whack someone has to explain it
  12. You may not get the complimentary specialty dinner on the 5 day. That has been kind of hit or miss on the short cruises. Mini bars yes you can get one for elite and one for suites each leg but you will not be able to get the 5 day ones until that cruise starts
  13. When you have a drink package why would you care you get 15 drinks a day
  14. Of drinks are stronger at home we usually pour doubles. No problem on cruises
  15. It all sounds pretty strange to me
  16. Why didn’t you question the charge while on board ?
  17. I have no idea where you are looking on the website. When I look I see all the usual full suites perks like club class (reserve) dining and first night specialty dinner are all showing. Are you in a full suite or mini suite
  18. I have a Panama Canal cruise in March and for non vaccinated passengers the times for testing are showing in hours not days. Vaccinated passengers do not have to test
  19. Never seen free laundry but in the old days a quarter was the same size as the wash and dry chips. Worked for awhile
  20. On many cruises we take there are hundreds of elites on them. You would have to dedicate a huge amount of space for separate facilities and people would still scream about waiting for tables. A separate bar ? You could make Crooners an elite bar but it still wouldn’t be big enough. Also you are setting up a class system
  21. Good luck when it is packed. I actually had people looking over my shoulder at my food
  22. No Grand class ships have the lounge. We really never use it much but it was helpful to have the concierge to get us reservations for Sabatini’s when the dine line said it was totally booked. Also was a quiet spot to hang out in prior to disembarking
  23. Exactly we sail in suites most of the time and have never had an issue getting into a specialty restaurant on embarkation night
