    Since I do not plan to sail the Sun and my preferred drinks are all under $15 I will pass on the premier plus I already get a free specialty dinner for being in a suite (upgraded from free casino balcony)

    The premier plan does not work well on 16-21 day cruises. You are paying $20 a day more and still only getting 2 specialty dinners. My drinks are usually about $15 so plus plans works for us

    There are quite a few very respectable and quiet drunks out there. I have hit 15 on occasion and been able to get more if my wife has not maxed out hers or if she has we can stil buy more drinks. Also if you think they will cut you off soon just start ordering bottles of wine they don’t count against any limit

    That is why we have to tell bartenders not to put all the drinks on one account. We also use 2 different credit cards so our accounts are separate. If you weee to combine the drinks one person could have 30 drinks a day. That would not be a pretty sight

    I only use my phone. Easy to set up on board. Set phone to airline mode and set WiFi to Medallion net. Done

    I have not seen any restrictions for laundry and Alaskan cruises

    I am sure they do but I would never risk coming in the day of a cruise and we always stay downtown prior to cruise not out at the airport. We actually are down on the transfers because there is so much waiting time

    You cannot book in advance just call the dine line when you get to your cabin and arrange venue and time

    I have never seen a bag of laundry deal on Princess. Always by the garment some cost more than others

    On 2 cruises this year as well both reservation line and walk up lines

    Have been in the corner suites before. They were all partially covered only.

    That is actually a really good question. Iy is priced like a specialty dinner but you cannot reserve in advance. I know that you cannot use it as one of your casual dinners

    I can easily live without a suite and club access on the night before a cruise I am not looking to impress anyone. We book early and then check weekly for new pricing. Our room for July has gone from over $700 to under $500 in a matter of a few months

    I would like to know what kind of room you stay in. Even high season late July for Alaska cruise we are paying under $500 US for a harbor view king

    Ignore what you have been told. I cruise 3-4,times a year on Princess and I do not even own a tie. I am on the Ruby right now and I dress the same every evening. Crew pants and a short sleeve buttoned shirt. No need to pack a jacket unless you want to

    If you have a CVP check with them they can book these cruise deals and you should get the same deal as a solo. (In my experience but who knows for sure)

    Your cabin may be assigned as late as embarkation morning. Your medallion can actually be programmed then if need be.

    4 pm is about 4 hours before we eat dinner. We don’t even shower before 5

    Once again why don’t frequent cruisers on Princess use CVP’s ? They can take care of these things
