  1. What class cabin are you in ? If it is a full suite or reserve mini suite you don’t make reservations for the MDR
  2. Whenever there is a cruise that can be booked as an entire cruise or broken up into legs they usually have some cabins for legs and others for the whole thing
  3. OBC = On Board Credit. You are not on board yet. The only allow it to be used for excursions
  4. Your wife can hide her credits to book excursions for both of you. As far as the phone waits why not get a CVP or are they not available to you ? I can get ahold of my CVP and have a quick answer
  5. Just a note we walked into Sabatini’s last night with no reservation at 7:30 only 5 tables occupied. No problem. Today on the app all times are showing available for reservations at Crown Grill. This is on Ruby Princess
  6. All muster stations are located on prom deck on most ships. Your location will depend on your cabin location. We mostly sail all the way aft on Grand class ships so we know that our station is at the aft lounge
  7. What does basic WiFi mean ? WiFi on board is the same no matter how you pay for it
  8. Once again never ever book the first few months on any new ship. There are almost always delays in production and even after sailing there are issues for at least 1-2 months. Cruise lines should probably not book new ships so far in advance
  9. If you have your credit card attached to your on board account there should be no issues. The system does not care how final payment was made
  10. Don’t rely on email. Make sure you check with servers and chefs. This whole thread started because someone didn’t get a response to an email. We have allergies and question every menu we get on land or sea
  11. As far as I know John Padgett works for Carnival not Princess are you lost ?
  12. I haven’t seen any salads at the IC for at least 2 years. For lunch it is basically sandwiches, pizza bites and cookies. Also some desserts
  13. The IC on the Coral is very small with very little seating. It is right next to the casino so expect some drifting smoke
  14. Dine a contractor is paying to be on ship they really get the space they contracted for
  15. On Ruby now and Vines has a very nice New Zealand Pinot within the plus package
  16. There is no way that PAC West is going to give up the large area they have for their art work. The are a vendor and not Princess
  17. As long as there are any available. They usually sell out fast along with full suites
  18. Most people tip according to where they are. In. the US I tip around 20%. In Europe I mainly just leave a little or nothing. You need to research each country to see what their norms are
  19. We have never had an issue with booking specialty dining while on board. Regular dining will be in whatever dining area is specified for suites. If this is like the other ships there is no reservation no wait
  20. What the heck is the Mirage ? Is this some mystery Princess ship from a different dimension ?
  21. Loyalty desks are no longer Princess employees they are part of future cruise department which is outsourced. If you are on a Royal class ship best bet is concierge lounge. We always book through our CVP no issues
  22. Those lounges are very small and not really set up with plumbing. What would you put in there ? Remember most are right next to the smoking area of the casino
  23. Breakfast and lunch are walk up no reservations on most ships service ends at 9. The latest reservation I have seen is 8:40
  24. Yes in all of them although there are a limited number
