  1. Royal is hoping that this demographic sails on Celebrity or Silversea
  2. Thanks for doing this. I have experienced the loud sound levels on just about every cruise on various Royal Caribbean ships. Hopefully your experience as as physician will cause Royal Caribbean to address this issue with their sound and lighting techs.
  3. I should have mentioned that. Correct, common areas are deeded to the HOA so they pay the property taxes. The HOA adds a portion to each owners monthly dues.
  4. A owner in a co op will pay a portion of the taxes of the entire property based on the square footage of their unit. They are not very common in Florida. A condo owner pays taxes on their individual unit based on the assessed value of their individual unit.

  6. @lenquixote66 Sorry that you had a rough past few days. Sending hugs and well wishes and hope that you can control your medical conditions and be comfortable as possible.🤗
  7. For iPhone users, the iOS software learns your overnight charging routine. The phone will charge up to 80% and hold there until about an hour before it has learned that you wake up, at that time it will top it off to 100%. This was designed so that it would reduce the time it is plugged in at 100%
  8. I was on the Allure 4 day cruise last month, I was able to make pre cruise show reservations for everything. They had the same number of performances for each show like the 7 day cruise. I saw Mamma Mia 3 times, once with reservations, twice with standby. Saw Ocean Aria 2 times, once with reservations and once with standby.
  9. Drama: Divide Between Ultimate World Cruise Passengers Is Causing Major Drama (msn.com) There is drama unfolding on the nine-month world cruise. (mamamia.com.au)
  10. Similar menu that they had for the Diamond Plus 340+ on the Wonder recently.
  11. I wonder if the chefs offer an expanded menu of healthy prepared food with less sodium and fat.
  12. What about the people that don’t book suites? People that stay in non suite cabins on Disney get twice a day service and the regular dining is far superior. If Royal Caribbean wants to charge Disney rates they need to step it up.
  13. I agree, however the people that are going to spend Disney money are not going to be satisfied with the Royal Caribbean cut backs in food quality and once a day cabin service.
  14. Exactly At one time status was determined by the number of cruises, so each cruise taken (no mater how many days the cruise was) counted as one point. When Royal Caribbean started counting points based on the number of cruise days, they converted each past cruise by giving them 7 points each. Many retired people that have taken many inexpensive 3 or 4 days cruises on the older ships (Sovereign, Monarch etc) suddenly had a big increase in Crown and Anchor status when those 3 and 4 day cruises got 7 points each. BTW: Many of those 3 or 4 day’s cruises sometimes cost as low as $99.00 per person
  15. I agree that wearing a pin that is actually a name tag makes you look like an employee. When I get to Pinnacle level I will decline getting a pin. When I got my Diamond pin, I left it randomly around the ship for someone to find and keep.
  16. I was on the Wonder Halloween week. The entertainment tour was offered as part of Diamond Plus and was also invited by the Maitre d’ for a free galley tour.
  17. You can go to the Wi-Fi settings on your iPhone, find your Wi-Fi network and remove it, turn Wi-Fi off then on, find your network and add it back. If that doesn’t work, You may find a solution from this discussion: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253812143
  18. Having a large group on your cruise is not always a negative. I was on the Wonder a few weeks ago. There was a large group called "Buddy Cruise" which is for special needs persons and their families. They truly enjoyed themselves. It was awesome to see so many happy faces😀 Home Page - Buddy Cruise.
  19. I kept some of the books from the Mainframe days too. The younger guys probably don’t know what a book is. No books, paper or pens at their desks. I update and maintain the Knowledge Base (which is online) that our Support Center techs reference.
