    We took American Queen for our 9th AK cruise. It was amazing, not sure I could go back to a regular cruise.

    In the past we have used Wells Fargo to order foreign currency. If I ordered at least @1,000 there was no fee, I could mix several currencies to make that total. But what we have found lately is that alot of places would only take credit cards.

    The bistro was opened for lunch on port days, dining room was opened for dinner every night.

    To get the kids sail free, it would only apply to the third person in the same room.

    We boarded the Liberty in September and had 15 can pack, because that what was in Walmart. No questions asked. I saw others with a case of water in plastic bottles.

    Amount depends on length of cruise. You can fax to 206 270 6080 or email World Cruise Reservations @ hollandamerica.com. I emailed my stockholder statement and it took lest than a week to get it posted to my account.

    How long did it take to get your refund?

    I used the app to check-in and it was very easy to scan passport covid card and selfie. And I am not the savy on the phone or apps. Yes you have to check-in each person.

    You have to book directly with RCI to use the gift cards. Mine are from AARP. I submitted one today. I plan to transfer to a TA after it is applied. Hopefully I have better luck.

    Also, I would suggest at least 5 extra days of Rx drugs, in case of isolation at the end of the cruise.

    You can apply for a deviation from HAL. I know that people on the world cruise have gotten them. If you used a TA, contact them for assistance.

    You can also get a milkshake at the dive in with the drink package.

    On our cruise in Jan, it was on a table after getting off ship. Very little time and hassle.

    I used my cards to pre purchase beverage and OBC before the cruise.

    I had a problem once. Packed all the undies in one cube and left it on the dresser at home.

    We always decline the drink package on NCL.

    Yes, they do expire June 2023. But I was able to use them to purchase OBC and beverage cards for a Jan 2024 cruise.

    I am having problems also, there are 6 pending charges on my card since April 20-24th. Still trying to get them reversed, so I can repurchase these cards.
