  1. Take it down to the empty piano bar or even the nightclub when not being used for chef's table!
  2. I am okay with it. It is fun money given to me and if they paid me 25 and exchanged the 25 in fun money for real chips then that is like winning a 50 dollar bet while only gambling 25 since my initial cost was zero. I understand why they don't exchange it. That would prompt me to walk away with the 50 with no further risk.
  3. I have played craps a few times and that is what has always happened. I just pull my winning real chips and let the fun money ride.Well that is, if I actually win. Sometimes I just crap out 😆 Last time on Miracle they handed me 25 in cash no gambling necessary so I doubled my money by folding my wallet 😉 .
  4. That actually wouldn't be a bad thing to me. Then you would have 50 "real" dollar chips to cash out without further risk if you went big and bet 25 at once.
  5. For me they didn't swap the chip out on craps but winnings were paid with regular chips. So I won 5 times when I had the 15 dollars in fun chips riding the pass line.
  6. Yes. On craps I bet 10 dollars until I lose then 15 since the minimum bet is now 10 on craps. It can take a while because the pace can be kind of slow on a busy table.
  7. The chips are different than normal ones. I think they are actually marked " fun play" and you use them until you lose the bet. I parlayed 25 dollars into 85 last fall when a guy got hot on craps and passed 5 times in a row.
  8. That's what deck 3 aft is for 😉 plus you can wave to all the people dining behind you.
  9. I like using mine on craps and it has worked out good a few times. A hot shooter can make you some money. The slots just eat up that 25 dollars in no time. On the Miracle in January they were still giving out the money in cash.
  10. The name Celebration Key is kind of misleading. It makes it sound like it is a small island Like Half Moon Cay but is just a private port area. Since many don't like Freeport, this should be a good thing to quite a few people.
  11. Same island as Freeport, Celebration Key is about 20 miles east of Freeport Grand Bahama Island.
  12. You have a lot of alcohol pics perhaps a name change to "Sláinte Greg is in order" 😎
  13. I use my BofA customized cash rewards visa and since my chosen category for 3 percent is online transactions the AARP purchase triggers the 3 percent which yields a net 13 percent off all my Carnival purchases.
  14. I assume you mean you didn't get double points, which would make sense since the billing is to AARP and not Carnival.
  15. If they use the Pride as a template this is the future Carnival Adventures shop location.
  16. What I have heard is they won't close or open the roof while the ship is underway. Whether it is actually true or not is unknown.
  17. Go to Carnival site. Find cruise you want. Select guest numbers you want. The page I showed should come up next, say "qualify for a special rate" scroll down then you will find the part where accessible rooms are.
  18. On Carnival dot com once you get past the number of guests you would see this next. You should be able to book from here and find what you need if it is available.
  19. Thanks for the virtual cruise! Whetting my appetite for 14 days on the Spirit in April 😉
  20. You are correct. I can't seem to fly anywhere direct with Southwest! I didn't claim it would be best for everyone. It is a niche airport that is often overlooked though and can work good for those who use Southwest or maybe Delta also.
  21. Enjoy the casino bar while you can, it is on the endangered species list and will be toast come dry dock 2025!
  22. It's not the size of the pool, it's how many people use it 😉 . You aren't fighting with 5000 other people on this ship and it shows!
  23. Sure would be nice if Carnival would bust loose and add the screens to the Miracle and Legend 😉 .
