For our cruise 14 nights, My wife just says wow, $300 per person for food on top of the price we all ready paid for the cruise........... when we can get free food just sounds like extra money we don't need to spend. We buying the packages do they automatically add on the 20% tip too? or can you just pay whatever tip you want at each place the day you are there? Wondering it is like spa items you buy where they add on an additional 20% tip when you make the purchase on your cruise planner) ?

There are some balconies on deck 7, mostly mid ship(other then the bump outs) that when standing at your balcony railing and looking straight down, you don't see the ocean, you see the tops of covers over the life boats. You can however look straight out and see plenty of the ocean from those balcony cabins.

Jewel has a 14 night right now for $297 Chops Giovanni's Izumi Could also do all 3 for lunch 8 sea days, Sure could pile in a lot of food on those sea days with Lunch and Dinner I guess Chef's Table can't be used for that right? 5 night UDP is $162, so not that great of a deal.....but really a 5 night one with our 2 Diamond Plus B1G1F , that would give us like 7 nights of specialty dining which would be nice. Not sure we could eat all that food for 14 nights.

Yes, we probably overpaid some for this one but we really want to do it this year while it's available. Put it off and it may not be available from the a US Port again. -

Only other time we used a spa on a cruise was when they offered that Couples Rasul Treatment they used to offer. That was a lot of fun. -

Diamond Plus............Guess then just book it now and cancel before the cruise. This way at least my Wife will know I booked a spa treatment for us as a Valentines Day Present. You think once onboard they will still have Couples Openings? -

I have read though if you get somebody that doesn't know what they are doing the hot stones massage isn't that good. -

So does everyone agree, Swedish couples massage is best to try? Maybe just go for 50 minutes instead of 70 minutes. If we are enjoying it a lot, can our time be extended as long as no one is booked after us? Or is that not ever possible? -

@John&LaLa how is the test run on Serenade going? Are you going to be able to handle it for 270 days on the WC. I know you are used to the larger ships. -
Needs to call again and ask for the resolution department, they would make it right once he explains he booked them as B2B cruises.

I'm not understanding why as he said the cruise line is not allowing him to have a $200 FFC( his deposit) for a cruise they canceled? so he can use that deposit at a later time on another cruise? I don't get it? Just think he got a customer service person at RCL that doesn't know what they are doing?

Sometimes doing the right thing for their customers over rules the policies, that is how you keep customers. Continue to do as you do to the OP, case in point you lose their business and many others.
