🌐Serenade Ultimate World Cruise - 17 leg breakdown
Jimbo replied to John&LaLa's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Sounds like a tremendous amount of money that could be saved. I might head over to your roll call and see how others feel but I have a feeling it isn't going pretty over there about now. It's a shame to see what Royal is doing to all the the people who booked the full cruise months ago. Good luck with whatever you decide. I know it must not be easy. -
🌐Serenade Ultimate World Cruise - 17 leg breakdown

Even with the perks you are getting factored in by going on the full cruise? it's cheaper to book the individual? If cheaper I know what I would be doing this morning booking B2B cruises 17 times if that is really the way it is. I mean who cares if you have to move cabins 17 times. Wouldn't be an issue for us. Plain and simple that sucks ! you having to pay twice as much as everyone else taking the shorter segments. I would be canceling and just booking segments. -

What is the higher level you bought called? Thank you -
In a word. Yes. Since I will be paying more $$$ then I would be at home for the same food. Next cruise we have Chops and Giovanni's booked for Dinner and Izumi for Lunch........I'm praying Izumi doesn't turn out to be the best of the 3. That would sure be disappointing. 😞

Scary Medical Emergency - Cruise Credit Chance

Sounds good. I guess we shouldn't get the coverage yet until September 1st, since out first cruise is September 14th. This way we will be covered until September 2024. Our 2nd and 3rd cruises which are from May 30th to June 24th. This way if we add any other vacations between the end of June to September 1st they will be covered too. How is this coverage if you should get sick after final payment and can't go on the cruise. Is that covered too? -

All Trips Prime for 2 people was quoted at $280 each, 63 and 62 years old..............seems pretty good. 1 year coverage. We have 3 cruises planned within a year and 2 are overseas in Europe and one goes to Greenland from the states. . Seems like a good deal. -

Just curious, I think you do a lot of traveling yearly...........Just how much do you pay per person per year for this coverage? Is it just based on your age only or do they ask you where you might be going and the amount of trips you are taking. Just looked at the site briefly. -

Not sure this counts or not, we have only ever been to Las Vegas one time. That was a 2 hour layover between flights. We did play the slots right in the terminal while waiting for our flight. Does that count as going to Las Vegas? 🤣 Seems to have gotten that "Gotta go to Vegas " out of our system. That and AC used to be only about an hour from where we lived in NJ.

Since you are coming from the North get off at Exit 6 of the NJ Turnpike to I-81 https://www.google.com/maps/dir/40.102793,-74.7246627/40.2278946,-77.1374099/@36.0903439,-84.1515038,6.42z/data=!4m2!4m1!3e0 This way you will skip, going by Philadelphia area, Wilmington, De. area plus skip going through Baltimore, Md. and Washington DC.
