  1. Why would a lost PP even be an issue (sailing from Lisbon to Barcelona) if they're already on the ship? They'd already been in Spain (Cadiz) and the next port was Spain (Malaga). It would not be a factor until disembarkation. I call BS.
  2. I am looking at Milly's current sailing on the app and can see the Room Service menu under Dining, right next to Breakfast. Pretty sure its the same fleet wide.
  3. I am looking at Beyond's current sailing on the app and can see the All Day room service menu under Dining.
  4. Yes, no, yes. Breakfast room service is typically ordered through a door hang tag you put out the night before---which allows you to select the time you want it delivered (we find them to always be 5-10 minutes EARLY). Other room service can be ordered through the TV (which is where you can see the offerings) or over the phone.
  5. In reality "the internet" (this forum) is much more helpful, giving real-time, actual results from users, vs. generalized info that was updated who knows when.
  6. Notify CelebrityEngagementCenter@celebrity.com before the cruise. Tell a maître d' or waiter when you get on board. They'll take care of it.
