  1. Ooh - Orlando Strip Mall of the Seas. That's a good contender.😁 (yeah - agree, and I wish they would leave some of their changes out)
  2. that would be a nightmare for me. Just add in some vlookups.
  3. Maybe X of the Seas since they seem to be going the way of Royal 😃
  4. How much time do you need to pad the car service pick yup time for Heathrow? Let's say your flight arrives at 10:30 AM (on a Saturday in summer - so I expect it to be busy). Would a noon pick up time be OK? We are coming direct from US, so will need to go through passport control.
  5. If you choose to stay in Southampton the evening before the cruise - check out the WhiteStar tavern and inn. It is named so because many passengers and crew would dine here before sailing on the line's ships. It has rooms named after their ships (yes, including a Titanic room). We are actually staying here this coming June 2024 before our cruise out of Southampton. History of The White Star pub and hotel in Southampto (whitestartavern.co.uk)
  6. You cannot bring nuts, seeds or fruit. It is checked prior to boarding. Other things are allowed. We didn't bring anything. I will say they serve a small snack when you come back from excursions - like a small nacho bar or mini sandwiches. They also have chips and cookies, crackers, cheese available in the evenings.
  7. If you need a prescription lens mask - you should bring it. They only have non-prescription ones.
  8. I had a backpack, my purse and a checked bag. Others had similar. Enjoy your trip!
  9. Yes. Everything was included. WiFi, Gratuities, alcohol, all the excursions. The only thing you could purchase was a massage in the spa or a few items in a small gift shop.
  10. Not being able to find a cabin that's available on all 3 B2B sailings does not mean their TA is lazy or not going their job. The TA has access to see cabins. It likely means they're is not a cabin available. The OP simply said the TA mentioned they were having a hard time finding availability, not that they weren't looking or didn't want to bother looking. I think the OP is wanting to look on their own. FWIW, the TA can put an alert on the desired rooms to become available. It simply means that for example if cabin 1052 becomes available on sailing X, they will get an email (assuming Celebrity's system works). They then would need to manually move the cabin.
  11. Just to clarify on insect repellent - we did not need it for Galapagos in October. Those going in other times may need it if they are reading this.
  12. They would prefer you to use reef safe sun block. They do provide this for you in room ( and will replenish ). We never needed insect repellent on Galapagos, but they asked it to be non aerosol. They did have it available. You do need if going on to Machu Picchu, there were some mosquitoes. Have a great trip!!
  13. We usually play this, just for entertainment. We but the cards before we board. They are less expensive that way. Husband was picked once to play. He won around $300. We have fun playing. We often win around 5 just being in the audience and have fun. I think you just have to look at it as the price for fun.
  14. This sounds like a really great trip! Enjoy!!!! Congrats on getting the suite. We are actually on one of the Norway cruises you mention - the July 8, 2024.
  15. The photos here are just from my phone, a Samsung S20. My husband took a Sony A7RII with a g master 100-400 lens. He used a special strap he found for the camera. You might like to check this out. https://www.blackrapid.com/sport-left-breathe/
  16. you should be getting back onboard with the boat in pristine condition! (I mean, it already was, but it should be like new now)
  17. We saw quite a bit. It's a lot of wildlife, but also a lot of the same wildlife if that makes sense. Like lots of iguanas, lots of tortoises, lots of sea lions.
  18. Internet seemed fine. We were able to use it without issue. I was able to post a few pics to Instagram without issue.
  19. They did have some type of special snorkel vests, which were different than the life jackets we wore on the tenders. I saw a few people using them. The"advanced deep water" snorkels meant that you entered the water from the tender and you must swim or tread water the entire time. You can't touch the floor like if you walk off the beach. The current may be strong as well. Of course, the tender boats are near, so if you get tired you can signal for them that you want to get back on. We saw lots of different fish, sea turtles, some manta rays, one shark, starfish, sea lions and penguins! Well worth doing. I have some video we did with a go pro. I will try to post some soon.
  20. In this example, for "Morning" - you could do either option 1 or option 2, then return to the ship and grab snorkel gear then go for the deep water snorkel at 10:30.
