  3. I’ve heard good things about Walks off Italy Pristine Sistine tour. its what we plan to use.
  4. We are planning to book 3 tours with Walks of Italy. 1) Pristine Sistine - On our flagship Vatican early morning tour, you'll enter an hour before the general public. Visit the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica at their most peaceful time of day. 2) VIP Colosseum Underground - Enjoy VIP access on one of the most exclusive experiences in Rome, featuring a full tour of the Colosseum underground, the Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. 3) Legendary Venice - Legendary Venice combines the top two sights of Venice: St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace, with skip the line entry and special access to the basilica balcony for stunning views. Has anyone done these tours? Do you recommend them? Thanks in advance. Appreciate your opinions,
  5. I found this website to be a pretty good itenary and plan to follow it From EarthTrekkers website https://www.earthtrekkers.com/2-days-in-venice-itinerary/
  6. Do you recommend doing the Acropolis on your own or as part of a tour. Looking at Athens-walks Ancient Athens tour. It looks to be 4 hours 9-1. Our ship arrives at 7. So, should we do on our own using @cruisemom42 suggested itinerary , or book a tour.
  7. Thanks cruisemom42 for your expertise. We booked two rooms with Alberto del Senato. Excited to be in the heart of the action. Have exchanged email with them and they have been very responsive. Now we need to determine if we should book restaurants. Do you think we should and which restaurants do you feel are a must. Are Armando Al Pantheon, Osteria Da Francesco must do.
  8. They are bookit ratings. Overall rating, not the location rating

  10. Agreed. I have contacted Senato and they said October becomes available at end of October. If you walk back dates you will see availability
  11. I am debating whether to book Prima out of Rome with Italy and Greece in mid October 2024 or similar cruise on Epic late September. Leaning towards Prima because it’s a newish ship and because of some negatives with the Epic. Also like some things on Prima like observation deck. Would appreciate others opinions.
  12. We are using dayuse.com and booked Westin zFrench Quarter from 10 to 6 for under $100. Our flight is at 7:30. We will have lunch somewhere and relax in a room.
  13. We used BOGO Los Angeles to New Orleans. Paid under $600 for 2. Would have cost around $1500. Both flights nonstop with Delta. Flight out leaves later than we’d like (1-6) and flight home is later than we’d like 7-11, but savings makes it worthwhile. Tried to change flights but couldn’t. Was able to get seat assigned and could’ve upgraded. Would do again at that savings. Checked cost before choosing.
  14. Am I seeing that the main shows Six and Burn the Floor are only one night each. I believe earlier dailies had them on two nights each.
  15. Were early show reservations available to make

  19. Also, if you manage to upgrade only one person, does the other person still have the original minutes. My PCC said he could do for one person. For a time the app allowed selection for one person but not anymore
  20. Do they offer parasailing at Chankanaab
  21. Hi Gary, thanks for review. Very helpful. would you say you need to board early to get reservations for the shows at the 7:00 times. I would prefer not to rush to board, but am worried about getting the show reservations for time and day I want.
  22. Did you end up doing the Tortugas parasail. I am thinking of doing this also and haven’t found much
  23. Can anyone give recommendations for parasailing. Will be on NCL.
