I have brought back vac pack sealed smoked salmon on board from various ports in Alaska. Plus just recently local dry beans and package cheese from Curacao. Have always brought back vac sealed cheese from the super delicious Amsterdam cheese house just outside the port in St. Maarten.

LOL...wouldn't know...have never tried it, but it was very popular on Odyssey. We enjoy Panchos Backyard in Cozumel. Both the one at the Carnival pier and the one in town. Prefer to have our tacos there while at the restaurant. 😉

We did the hurricane 2 step around both Ian and Fiona. Fiona caused our Harmony east bound to quickly become a west bound itinerary. Luckily only on for one week, which gave us time to "batten down the hatches" at home for Ian. Suffered no damage, except a lot of tree branches down, some minor flooding (but not into the house except for a couple of trickles in the porch), and never lost power. Considered ourselves very lucky, though I feel so bad for our Florida neighbors to the southwest. So sad. Leaving in two days for Barcelona to board Wonder (our temporary home for 4 weeks). Looking forward to meeting her. 🙂

LOL...can't blame you. Bucky won't step foot into Walmart either, but I like going there very early in the morning for non-perishables and items I can't get anywhere else. Indeed the Wyman's wild blueberries from Maine is one of them. 🙂

That is why the security team was salivating while Bucky purposely finished what was left of that Blueberry pie from Two Fat Cats right in front of them. 😄 😄

Actually have found them...frozen of course...in Walmart, and now Publix grocery freezer dept. The big producer (Wymans) has them in large bags. I just repack the bags in individual portions to keep in the freezer for pancakes. Mmmm... 😉

He has since declared my homemade Blueberry pie as the best in Maine. Just back from our usual summer stay up there. (Land based...VRBO rental homes). Waited until the fresh crop came out early/mid August, and made him a very happy guy, first one being his "birthday pie" on August 8th. Good timing on that. 😄

LOL....last time we were in Portland....Bucky was bringing back what was left of his piece of Blueberry pie from just down that road (Two Fat Cats). They spotted it and told him he could not take that on board. The security agents were sitting on plastic chairs just outside the gangway. He proceeded to sit in one of those empty chairs next to them and slowly finish that delicious piece of pie in front of them. I swear they were drooling! 😄

OMG...I have to deal with "Scotty Beam me up" canister shower on the WC...with shower curtain. Yuck!! Yup, would rather have that tiny OS shower indeed. 😉

I and especially Bucky...dislike the separate shower. We think it is too small. The tub on the side...wasted space IMHO. Would rather have a larger walk in shower.

Hi Sweetie! From what I researched...Wonder is currently doing cans of water out of Barcelona. Yuck! But assuming it could change once she starts her new itineraries out of PC...new suppliers.

There was a promo to get that applied to OBC after final some months ago (I scored a 1600 on one...nice...and wearing that new watch right now 😉 ). But that promo was short lived and part of several promos during restart. Long gone now.

I just lost 50.00 OBC each on two of my bookings...due to repricing. Did not even blink. Saved 1100.00 on one of them, 482.00 on the other. Yeah..I'll take that hit. 😉 Fair enough.

Con: Doorbell. Too many "darling snowflakes" running wild all night long down the hallways thinking it was just soooo funny to ring your doorbell in the middle of the night. 😠 We ended up having ours disconnected. Pros: Love the "extra toilet". 😉

That is what I am going to have to do on Wonder next week. Cans for four weeks...ugh. But can fill up a cup at dispensers, then pour into bottle also. I don't like the taste of canned water, and can't reseal the things. 😖

There is also mirror image on the port side....8088! We had 8588 last year out of PR for two weeks, then switched to 8088 for third leg. 😉
