Be warned that if you do see a gty show up for a single there is a very high probability that you will get assigned a studio cabin and only get the one point per night.

I can't see them having a brand new ship do the 3/4 day itineraries

Leave lots of time for people to do things on their own. Everyone's tastes are different. Plenty of time to get together on board but people need time for their families to enjoy as well.

If you book on board as non refundable the booking stays as non refundable regardless of whether it gets moved to a group. It is impossible to take a non refundable booking and make it refundable.

Short itineraries being released...at least Navigator is out for sure 7 night sailings are Jan 10, 17 Feb 14 Mar 7, 14 Apr 11, 18 Probably more the rest of the year but that was the time period I was looking for

As mentioned by Dave 6542 is not obstructed. I doubt that you will get any smoke from below as the Bus Stop is aft of the aft elevators and you are forward of the forward elevators. You definitely won't get any when you are sailing.

Harmony does not stop at Key West. All the 8 day itineraries go to Cozumel, CocoCay and Nassau

A couple of years ago I received a recall notice for my truck..something to do with a passenger side airbag but they admitted that no parts were available. The parts have finally arrived so I took it in this morning and instead of their being a shuttle van that drove you home they are now using Ubers. No idea when this started, It's probably been 3-4 years since I've taken a vehicle to a dealership. So much quicker than waiting around for the shuttle driver to return if you just missed him.
