Must be the TA. Royal has the same deposit requirements for groups as they do with individual bookings. The only exceptions are that the reduced deposits from next cruise bookings are not valid in groups and those must be brought up to full deposit requirements as well as solos must pay the full cabin deposit as opposed to a pp deposit
If you know a different date it's actually easier just having them change the ship and sail date. Then you aren't waiting for your deposit to be refunded
No. It has nothing to do with the hallway. the cabins are constructed in pairs so that bathrooms are beside each other...easier for the plumbing and also cabins are not perfect rectangles, they jut out by the bed
Depends when the original cruise was booked.
If the original cruise was booked prior to June 1 then you can cancel and get a FCC for everything after they deduct the $100 pp fee.
If it was booked after June 1 then you lose the entire deposit if you cancel...no FCC. If you move then there is a $100 pp change fee and the rest is applied to the new reservation
That is correct. you can only use it towards the cruise fare.
Look in your cruise planner and not the app to see the OBC. If its not there then you will have to call.
