  1. The bed is by the balcony in that cabin on both Oasis and Allure. Cabins are identical other than the view.
  2. Because in the past they never had a dock that could fit an Oasis class ship other than for some emergency azipod repairs. Plenty of the smaller ships had work done there. Not saying they will use that for major amplifications but routine mechanical drydocks will certainly see the Oasis class ships go there instead of doing a TA
  3. Nope. Code has to be applied at time of booking
  4. You are before final payment. You can call and get the price adjusted. Since you have paid in full they will issue you a refund. Make sure to request that they manually issue the refund otherwise it could sit there until after your cruise sails until it gets refunded
  5. The new dock in Freeport that was built to handle an Oasis class ship will be up and running and that will mean that Oasis class no longer have to "cross the pond" for their drydock
  6. There are lots of sites that don't use live inventory and can become outdated pretty quickly. I'm looking at cruising power which is Royal's booking engine for travel agents.
  7. Don't expect anything special. Basic maintenance and carpet changes for those old girls
  8. That itinerary does not exist. It must be an old sailing that has not been removed. The last sailing ends on the 20th. Perfect amount of time for a drydock.
  9. Only the Deluxe beverage package requires all of drinking age in the same stateroom to book but even with that there are exceptions. She can book the soda package by herself.
  10. You are in a full suite. The concierge will reach out to you about a week before your sail date. You can have them make the reservation.
  11. It was moved to the floataway lounge https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/130-floataway-lounge/
  12. There is absolutely no requirement to complete or provide any documentation prior to checking in at the pier
  13. The balcony discount is combinable with the standard 30% off offer however it is not combinable with the extra savings or OBC offers that Royal runs in addition to the 30% off.
  14. My hammock worked just fine with the chairs moved over to a corner.
  15. I have bought a couple of 3 inch "C" clamps that can attached to the flange of the I beams and then tie off the ropes to the clamps. That way I am not guessing if a pipe is strong enough to support it or if there are places to wrap the rope around.
  16. Bad advice, if they have a non refundable deposit. This could result in the loss of their entire deposit as opposed to a $100 pp change fee.
  17. Refundable deposit...yes not a problem Nonrefundable deposit, yes but with a $100 per person change fee.
  18. Exactly, otherwise your room could be given to someone with a Royal Up bid in.
  19. If it is two one week cruises where you are doing a B2B then it is one bottle per week per adult. If it is one cruise that is 14 days then it is one bottle per adult. The policy is per cruise with no differentiation for the length of the cruise.
  20. Agents who have never been on a ship and are reading all the same incorrect information that you read and taking it as true. Trust the answers you receive here from those who have stayed in those rooms over an agent sitting behind a desk reading script.
