  1. Payments are processed by Royal, not Plusgrade
  2. You got the right rep that knew the process that these moves follows. Having the reps reprice the reservations prematurely can actually cause issues when the automated process starts. I just had all of my new Enchantment reservations (originally Brilliance) automatically price protected this morning about 3 days after the bookings were moved over
  3. It will be fixed automatically. Just be patient and let their processes work. This is a multi step process and will be done automatically over the next few days
  4. I am surprised that they actually repriced it. The move is a multi step process and the price protection is the last step that normally takes a few days to a few weeks to complete and nothing to be worried about. All of my Brilliance / Enchantment bookings were price protected today which was several days after the move.
  5. Like I said, it was a bad batch, and varies by ship and sailing. Yhey know sbout it but apparently aren't willing to throw away the bad cards.
  6. It's only affecting sailings for next summer. No change to your cruise.
  7. I went through 3 on Symphony. Luckily we were in a suite so we just had the concierge print new ones.
  8. The peeling was the result of a bad batch. We had them on Symphony in March yet 2 weeks ago on Ovation they were fine. The LA said they have used up most of them but every now and then end up finding a box that had the issues
  9. E docs have not been updated. This was literally just released minutes before I posted
  10. To me reading this still does not allow unvaccinated guests to sail starting the 8th.
  11. As the cruise sector continues to evolve and adapt to an everchanging environment, we look forward to moments where we can share progressive movement. While continuing to prioritize the health and safety of our guests, crew, and the communities we visit, we are excited to begin transitioning to a point that more closely aligns with other travel and hospitality sectors. With that, we are pleased to announce the easing of test requirements for most U.S. itineraries. Testing Update: For your clients sailing from the U.S. August 8 - August 14th, 2022: Fully vaccinated guests will only have to show a test result at boarding if the sailing is 6 nights or longer. Unvaccinated children will still need to show a test result to board all sailings, regardless of length. However, they will not need to test again at the terminal. Guests will now have the same test standard, regardless of vaccination status: You can show a negative test result from a supervised PCR or antigen test taken within 3 days of boarding day. This revision does not apply to guests whose itinerary visits Canada or Bermuda. These clients will still need to follow our current testing protocols until further notice. Please note that guests confirmed on U.S. sailings departing on or before August 7, 2022, should adhere to protocols previously communicated. For those clients booked after August 14, 2022, please await the specific protocol details from us related to those sailings. As we begin to transition to a point where everyone, regardless of vaccination status, will be able to sail with us once again, we continue to work closely with our destination partners. Additional information will soon follow, however, until then, current vaccine guidance remains unchanged.
  12. We will do a home test before getting on the plane "just to be sure" then the test for the cruise line as soon as we land
  13. I'm testing as soon as we get off the plane next week in Copenhagen. Unfortunately we can'tdo it before we leave as that's 3 days early but once we land we are 2 days early
  14. You can also test on the Saturday. It is only unvaccinated kids who cannot test the day of embarkation as they get another test at the pier
  15. The porters will not care one way or the other. They will deliver them late, damaged or to the wrong room regardless of your status.
  16. The test needs to be complete up to 2 days prior to sailing and the day of sailing does not count. sail on Saturday and you can test on Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
  17. On a positive note. The ones that have already been moved for me received the exact same cabins. Others who were not moved with the corresponding AD on sale I checked when they were first opened and their cabins were not available so it looks like they held back the already booked cabins.
  18. There is no order. 2 clients on the Dec 30 sailing...one has been moved the other hasn't. Only Dec 30 then Jan and Feb sailings moved so far for me.
  19. Wait until the price adjustment happens within the next few days then call back (make sure to call the redeployment line) and get them to add any OBC that you originally had. Any OBC should definitely carry over however it has to be done manually. If you get pushback escalate to resolutions
