what's the Port?

It's so nice to see pictures of Captain Ari, GM Davor and Clive! Three lovely Gentlemen!
I know they - as well as the rest of the Officers/Staff etc. - helped to make your and Shauna's trip special.

The Miso Sea Bass is on the menu in Compass Rose on Seven Seas Society night - one of my favorites on board.

I have not gone around the ship on a WC to see how many plaques are on the doors but speaking for my own corridor, we had a number of Full Cruisers in the location and I think all of us had plaques on our doors. I assume it will be the same next year.
But as I said: your choice.

Two things: The Block party was started by Jamie during an early World Cruise and is unique to Regent. A great way to meet your neighbors.
Mary and Robert were good friends of my husband and mine as well. I miss them both.

Jackie,
I remember the Cordon Blu cooking classes - I took one on one of my first times on Regent/Radisson. Great fun. And I always enjoy the Galley tour - there is always something going on there - no matter what time you are.
I haven't done a bridge tour in a while - I'll have to schedule on on my next trip.
JC - you'll enjoy your dinner with Alex Hurley - very nice person . . . I've sailed with her on several cruises. Please say hi from me! And just to comment - I've always enjoyed dinner with the Staff - they are always interesting and it's fun to get to know them a bit better.

<<Wonder if we will notice changes with Canyon Ranch since it will be their last sailing on Regent. <<
I was wondering the same thing - possibly a sale on some of the products - so they don't have to pack/take them off the ship?
Guess we'll just have to wait to see!

I'm not a big jewelry person so don't wear my pin but many people do - it's a personal decision. Since the hall I'll be on will probably have a number of Full Cruisers, many of the doors will have '20WC plaques.
Again - it's up to the individual what they do!'
And I do agree that Regent does a good job keeping their loyal passengers - because their product is excellent!

Jackie,
Plaques: yes - or at least they did for the 2019WC.

MedJet - yes!

Here's an article from Cruse Industry News about the change in the Spa.
I've read several others on line and there is a comment in one of them saying that they too will have items on the menu in Compass Rose the way Cannon Ranch did.
Anyway, now it's official.
The Explorer changes over on December 7, the Mariner (pre-WC), the Voyager and the Navigator, also in January and the Splendor will have the new Spa on board when it launches.

Serene is the same name as the Steiner group on Silver Sea . . .

I'm told there is a lot of construction at LGA. The other airports are better.

DaveFR,
That makes perfect sense . . . . thanks!

Hi Gill,
I'll be there! But I too enjoy reading other people's impressions of the trip.
And yes, I read "alternate points of view" as well.

My question was not about signing up for M&M - I've already done that and had notification that the minimum number had been reached for all the WC segments.
What I'm interested in is when does a specific date/list vanish from the list - for example: the segment leaving Miami, January 5th on the Mariner.
Sorry if I wasn't clear.

How long before we sail is the M&M visible here on CC?
1 week? 2 weeks? more? less?
I'm most interested in the various segment of the WC at the moment but knowing the answer would be nice, in general.
Thanks . .Peggy🚢

Is anyone planning to do a blog for the whole or part of the World Cruise?
If so, I know many of us would like to know about it and to have the link.
Thanks in advance for all your hard work!

Have a safe trip home.

A question: how many will be on after Dry Dock October 30-November 13? And if possible - who will be replacing them?
I'm particularly interested in who will be CD and GM.
TIA . . .Peggy

We know that Regent Management reads the Forums so we can assume that our thoughts relating to the new comment situation is seen and hopefully given consideration.

I've sailed with family in 2 cabins - you need to book with one adult/1 kid in each cabin but you can put the kids in one cabin and parents in the other for the cruise.
