  1. I couldn't go to the M&M for the Lisbon->Miami cruise but can speak about the ones on the '19WC on the Navigator earlier this year: everything went well - the invitations were delivered as expected - the people at Reception knew what the situation was and were helpful is someone asked a question. F&B did a top-notch job with the food and many of the Staff/Officers came to the gathering.

Unless there is someone in the group who is willing to do the arranging before boarding, it is far easier to have Regent be responsible  for the M&M.

    My opinion only.

  2. I've used Luggage Free for 10 years. They collect your bags a week or so before you sail, depending on where you live and where you sail from and pick the bags up again when you get off and deliver it to your home a few days later.

Check the details between the different companies to see which one works best for you.

  3. >>Personally I have not noted any particular change in the quality of excursions offered since the take over of Regent by NCLH.

On our cruises this year most excursions were good; some were exceptional; the odd one was below par.

i.e about the same experiences as before NCLH ownership.<<

    • I agree with Susan (flossie): the excursions have not changed since NCLH ownership

  4. The Gala for Full Cruisers should be at the Fairmont Hotel on January 4th, the night before we board. The dress is "Cocktail" as opposed to Black Tie. Drinks, dinner, some entertainment with a number of Management people as well as some Senior Staff from the ship.

Regent does a good job - not a surprise!
