  1. They won't mail to Norway...so where are you asking the medallions to be shipped?
  2. Are you saying you're trying to remove the "complimentary lanyards"? Because, you can't. Just order the medallions with the lanyards (you'll probably only get one for each medallion - they're packaged that way). If you don't want the lanyards...drop them in the trash. PS: there should be no charge to pick them up at the port.
  3. We're careful about what we pack and usually manage to carry-on 1 or 2 suitacases. We stopped using the porters after our luggage (with a whole bunch more than just ours) was dumped on loading. They all went in the harbor. It was 3 days before we got our clothes back from the laundry, in spite of the tag being marked "expedite - dropped in harbor".
  4. We were going to keep the minibar and do a swap for some items on one of our cruises. I made a list for later and we left the cabin. When we came back, the steward had been there and had taken care of the exchange. Great steward!
  5. Didn't it save your place? The last time we watched movies on a ship, the video started up where we left off. That being said, you've GOT to watch through to the end. It's a great movie!! Then read the book and see the changes they made for the movie. The authors other books are also excellent.
  6. We went there years ago (on an excursion). At the time, there was no "herding". We were able to wander around and see whatever interested us. There was a viewing platform on the outside of the factory. We could look in the windows and see the workers doing their thing. Then we walked around the grounds a bit and wandered into the store and looked at the merch and sampled some nuts. IIRC we bought a couple of bags.
  7. Done that, too. But last time we tried, were told, "no longer available".
  8. You can order the Patter to be delivered daily. It's in the app, IIRC on the cabin TV or ask your steward.
  9. In the Parmesan cheese bowl!!!! Why did they stop doing that?
  10. The app is usually a couple of days behind the website.
  11. Same for most of the ports in the Caribbean. They follow you around and keep trying, even after the 3rd or 4th NO.
  12. Great prices!! Wish they'd do some of those from San Pedro.
  13. We've wandered and most will tell you that's the way to go. That being said, it was HOT!! So most of our wandering was indoors, looking out through windows. We had an aft balcony on one of our Panama cruises (4 so far) and spent some time there. Easy to duck inside when we got too hot. AKAIK: there aren't any "bar set-ups" (unless you're Elite, then you get a mini bar). Everything is á la carte.
  14. If they send it to you...take it!! Is it more than you thought was owed? It's definitely not "way too much". We've gotten a lot more than $400 on occasion (we usually have very large OBC).
  15. Ahhh! That explains it. I looked on the deck plans and didn't see "solarium". It's labelled Calypso Bar.
  16. Probably easier than searching for the old one. They deactivated the old one and if it was turned in threw it in the trash.
  17. What she said!! Especially, the luggage tags. If you have a computer and a printer, simply log in to Princess.com. Select your cruise "Manage this Booking". At the top of the page, choose "Luggage Tag & Travel Summary". Choose a tag (if there's more than one going) and click "Print".
  18. Book it now for the reduced price. If it's horrible, complain and get a refund.
  19. Could someone ask what the passenger count for next week is? We're boarding for a B2B on 11/2. TIA
  20. Not exactly "locked down". According to the article, those who tested positive were in quarantine for 5 days and the ship is proceeding to other ports. Misleading headline.
  21. You should have complained. You'd likely have been comped.
