Swapping Central Park Balcony Wine for Soda?

We do not drink, does anyone have recent experience on if you can swap the Wine in the Central Park balcony cabins for a soda Package on Allure of the Seas.

We had no trouble changing the wine they gave us--I suspect the loyalty ambassador could arrange it for you if you asked.

I have five CP balconies on the Allure next June and two cabins are for teens. When I called they told me they could not swap for soda

The perks (Eat/Drink/Play) offered with the Central Park or Boardwalk balcony cabins cannot be swapped, exchanged or upgraded.

No dice!

Not likely. But it never hurts to ask.
