Booking Flowrider lessons on Independence of the Seas?

We have our first RCI cruise coming up, a mini 3 nighter on Indy at the end of October. We booked this mostly for the ship and for Bruges, so plan to stay on board during the Le Havre port day. I just did online check in, and after I finished a bunch of text came up encouraging me to book items in advance, including lessons on the Flowrider which I thought would be fun for that port day.

However I cannot see anywhere to do this on my cruise planner. The only things under Activities and Entertainment are the galley brunch and escape room. Does this mean it's not available to book in advance? If so how/when can I book on board, is there somewhere I should be rushing to right away to book?

We are booked into 6305, the 'Ben and Jerries Sweet'- so I believe we have access to the concierge in the suite lounge. Should I try and book through them or are they only for shows?

First timer with RCI here so trying to figure out how it all works!

Keep checking your Cruise Planner If the lessons do not show up before the cruise, then go to the kiosk near the flowrider once you are onboard.

$69 each, 1 hour lesson with up to 8 people, currently for me on my November Harmony cruise.

Lessons are only on sea days not during port times!:(

A minimum of 4 participants is required! That will be a problem on a short sailing!

Our LOTS cruise at the end of oct has flowrider lessons available everyday even port days. But the only times are 8am and 515 pm

Yeah port days but not during port times!

Good luck in getting 4 people to sign up for a lesson-time during a port day.....(y)

There is no need for a lesson. It wasn't rare that there are 8 people in line, you go for 2-3 minutes under the guidance of an instructor, then get in line again. Free.
