Silhouette MDR Menus

Anyone have copies of the MDR menus for 7 night Caribbean cruise? We’re looking to make dining reservations for our upcoming cruise and trying to decide how many specialty restaurants to book. We did 5 on a 7 night last time but thought we’d try the MDR more often this cruise.

Just got off the Silho MDR was the worst ever. Uncooked items every night. Food with no flavor. I would think twice about booking the Silho. This was 13 cruise with X. In May on the Equinox MDR was excellent.

At least you're not in Blu on the Summit. Just agreed with DW to stick to Tuscan for breakfast for our last few days. Compared to our other Blu experiences it's simply terrible! Friendly waiters but very badly run.

Personally, for breakfast, I prefer the buffet in the Oceanview. I love the scrambled eggs. I get the eggs, some very crisp bacon, a brioche, and a cappuccino with a shot of Bailey's in it. Poached eggs with a little Hollandaise sauce is the alternative to the scrambled eggs.

Blu, Luminae, and MDR just take too long for breakfast.

Precisely, though, what is so terrible about your experience in Blu?

It seems that there really is very little new on these menus as I recognize 90% of the dishes.

So many ways to prepare foods today with so many new sauces....As the French have done, you can hide

inferior content with a superior sauce. Nestcepas?
