Noordam will be at the CT dock from 1000-2200.

Occasional rain showers are predicted and the chance of precipitation is 60%. High will be 58F/14C and a low of 45F/7C. Sunrise is at 3:56 am and sunset at 9:58 pm.

Other ships in port are Star Princess at the FKL dock (0630-1600), Emerald Princess at the AS dock (1230-2200), and Norwegian Jewel at the AJ dock (1400-2200).

Should be here for sail-in. At least we'll be able to see her dock and there are no other ships arriving at same time, to take the camera's attention away. :(

And it looks like she will be very early (unless she really slows down) since she is already close to Grand Island.

Marine Traffic is 19 minutes behind so she should be past Thane and showing up shortly.

No glimpses yet, but I'm very patient after the brief sighting yesterday.

There was an item on the news this morning that police are searching for a man who left his cruise ship in Victoria and did not return. I immediately thought he just hated the Bliss, but no, he jumped ship from the Pearl. They didn't say if he was a passenger or crew.

Just FYI. the Crystal Symphony will be in Juneau tomorrow. Today she is headed into Tracy Arm (not quite there yet). A bit later in the day there should be some decent views on her webcam:

She was supposed to have one before Alaska - now the next extended open time is end of September.

I wonder what the life expectancy is on those ropes. We got some new ones during the cruise (can't remember where).
