gunner22a Posted September 14, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 14, 2009 For those of you that have used it did you get a better deal from the cruise line or shopping on your own? I have a Asia trip coming up and I'm not spending 16 hours in economy and hard plastic airport chairs. Thanks
6rugrats Posted September 14, 2009 #2 Share Posted September 14, 2009 Purchasing a Y seat on my own and using miles to upgrade. I have never paid cash to fly C or F. Too much money!
Rare Keith1010 Posted September 14, 2009 #3 Share Posted September 14, 2009 Yes, sometimes you can indeed get a better deal from the cruse line for business class. The key is to be sure you can request the airline and the flights you want. Keith

I needed an open jaw type of ticket, flying Business Class and the cruise line saved me significant money over the prices I was able to find on my own. I could have used a consolidator and paid close to what the cruise line was able to negotiate, but the itinerary was extremely unacceptable.
