I just heard they are going to start charging a yearly fee for some people who don't carry a balance. If that happens, I will be getting rid of my RCCL card.

I will also cancel my card if this happens. Just wondering since I do not have cruise booked can I cash in my points for onboard credit and give it to someone who is cruising?

There was another thread about this a few days ago. Pretty much everyone was in aggreement that if they got hit with a yearly charge BOA was getting hit with a cancellation notice.

This is pretty much the worst card with most frustrating customer service I carry anyway ... I'm probably bailing once I cash out, service fee or not.

Yes, there is a place on the certificate to transfer it to someone else.
