Texas Tillie Posted November 1, 2009 #2 Share Posted November 1, 2009 I wonder how many of those are still "active" - having posted at least once in the past year?
sail7seas Posted November 1, 2009 #3 Share Posted November 1, 2009 I also wonder how many unregistered 'lurkers' there are. I imagine there well could be hundreds (or more) who never register but read here regularly.

geojobes Posted November 1, 2009 #13 Share Posted November 1, 2009 These numbers are strange. I'm number 7004 with a join date in 2002, while some others have join dates in 2000 have higher numbers. I wonder why?
MrPete Posted November 1, 2009 #14 Share Posted November 1, 2009 I changed my name, so I got swapped to the higher number.

If so, they probably kept your original number when they switched platforms. Just a guess! ###

I'm number 7004 with a join date in 2002, while some others have join dates in 2000 have higher numbers. I wonder why? Probably because cruise critic has had a number of Computer changes over the years. I am a charter member of cruise critic and probably have 40,000 posts over those years, yet my official number is a little less than 5000. Others have been lost with new computer systems...
