Trays on Equinox?

Can anyone confirm that there are no trays in the buffet on the Equinox? It might make it difficult to carry my childs lunch in addition to mine. Has anyone had any problems with this?

THere were no trays but plenty of wait staff to help you to a table if you wish. It was never a problem

You can ask a waiter to get you a tray too. Might be the easiest for you with the new food stations.

I found the plates always extremely hot and I am sure that someone will get burned one day. I was always using the napkin underneath to dull the heat.

 

One lawsuit and the trays may be back!

Trays went bye bye. Staff is more than happy to assist though.

They're not that hot. Why pick one up if it's too hot? Just try another.

We might be in the minority, but we liked the plates better; encouraged people to take a more "reasonable" amount of food; if you want more, you can always go back:)

I agree as we have seen a lot of wasted food.
