I believe when the new changes kick in on Wednesday you may be Emerald..that is by counting your nights at sea and double nights for the suites.

Have you logged into the RC website to see what level they have you posted at?

And I would say they are diamond permanently beyond Wednesday if that is what they already are on the records. That is, if they are really grandfathering in people to their current level. There would be no reason to demote them to Emerald after the change.

Emerald is above Platinum but below Diamond..I don't think you have enough nights at sea to become Diamond but enough to be the new level Emerald.:)

But if they are diamond already, I believe they will remain diamond but start from their days at sea to attain D+. If in fact they are going to count by days at sea.

Were all the sailings after they gave an extra credit for 12+ nights, and extra credits for suites?

Your countdown says 10 night Serenade, Your list says 11 (if that was the San Juan one). Which is it?

But they said on their LAST cruise. After that cruise they seem to have gone up to 10 cruise credits and apparently they don't know how to check their current level. On their last cruise is different than after their last cruise....they said "on".

Under the current system, the second cruise credit doesn't kick in until 12 nights.

They might have been Platinum "on" the cruise and are now Diamond after the cruise.

The suites and the 14 night would have to be after they were eligible for the extra credit for them to be Diamond now.

It doesn't matter if it's 10 or 11. As Carol mentioned, the extra credit doesn't kick in until 12-nights. By my count, taking into account your suite credits, you have 10 now and should be Diamond under the current system (which, hopefully, will make you Diamond under the new system). :D
