I wanted to say a public THANK YOU to NCL.

 

I was scheduled to go on a Mediterannean cruise next week that I just had to cancel because I had an emergency appendectomy on Sunday.

 

I really appreciate how NCL worked with me given my situation. So, I wanted to acknowledge how 'customer-friendly' they were to me.

That is good news to report. My aunt fell off a defective stool in RCI's Casino during her transatlantic cruise in April. The staff could have cared less about the fact she was hurt and had to "lay low" for a couple of days (sore neck). She would have gotten the "royal" treatment on NCL. Maybe RCI isn't as "royal" as they claim to be. She swears she will never cruise again.

What nice news to share with us! Hope you can schedule another wonderful cruise in the near future. We did the Med a few years ago on the Gem, what an experience! Have a speedy recovery.
