What time can you go to your cabin?

We will be sailing on the Westerdam November 27th, and I was wonder what time we will be able to go to our cabins? I know it used to be 1:00, but, I think I read somewhere the cabins are ready when you board and you can go directly to them??:confused: Does any one know for sure?

HAL now has a policy of having the cabins ready at 11.30 am, when passengers board the ship.

I really like the new concept that we can go to our cabin starting at 11:30 to drop off our carry-ons.

Then we can go to lunch -- walk around - and not have to worry about them.

Cabins are now mostly ready when they begin embarkation......

 

A really big load on stewards to get them ready.

Once, just once, our cabin.....actually the bathroom.....had not been cleaned "up to standard". That was on the Oosterdam back in 2004 so it's not like it has happened frequently or recently. We really don't focus on things like slightly worn carpet or a scratch here or there on a piece of furniture but I don't remember anything significant.
